Expected to pick up arrangement at 8am. Got here at 8:10. Waiting in my car because they told me the chocolate had to dry… and they ran out of happy birthday balloons.

Valentine’s Day is busy. Understood. But I truly believe that it is a situation a business can prepare for. I called 6 times this afternoon to check on the status of an arrangement. 3 times the phone rang over 10 times. 2 times it was busy. The one time I got hold of someone, I was told all orders were out and will arrive by 5pm, while I was in mid-sentence to ask about the route of delivery [my destination is no more than 3 minutes from the store location] I was hung up on. It is now 25 minutes after the promised delivery time, the phone gives me a busy signal when I call. I have sent 2 inquiries via their website and do not expect to hear back anytime soon. They have been good to me in the past, but this one incident might make me go back to 1−800-Flowers. Great product, horrible service.
