Talk about HORRIBLE service and IMPOLITE people. We walk in simply looking for items and the woman with thick glasses is mugging us the whole time. She asks, Can I help you guys? I say, we are just looking around. She looked so confused… She pesters us again saying, what are you looking for? I say, nothing in particular. Just looking around. Now she’s PISSED. She is looking at me like I’m some sort of idiot… I ask her, is that cool? She goes, No it is NOT cool. People come into a store looking for something. So I said, okay, I’m looking for a towel. She asks what size, I say medium. She shows me a towel and I’m like. cool. I look around my group and I see another woman just mugging all of us. I just wanted to shop in peace and browse and I said… I think we’re going to go. It’s obvious we’re not welcome here. She nods her head and shoos us out and all of us start making fun of such rude service. I didn’t know how anyone else could have made ANY situation more awkward than she did. It was incredible. We didn’t even make it past 5 feet into the store, she is HORRIBLE!!! So mean, so unprofessional, I am simply rambling but they made our first visit to the Stanford Shopping Center a horrible one. I would highly recommend for NOBODY to go into this store. It takes a lot for me to actually spend time and write a Unilocal review AGAINST someone and sadly… I’m doing it right now. This happened yesterday at 8÷2÷14 around 3−4pm. Fire that sales associate please! She looks older, thick framed glasses and it seems impossible for her to smile.

yesterday I went into the store because of a great sale on luxury linens. The sales associate was patient as i wanted to use a gift card. After many attempts and a call to the Visa 800#, we came to conclusion that the store does not take gift cards other than themselves. therefore I used my credit card. when i came home, i discovered that my credit card was charged twice and i called the sales person to correct this. I was under impression that this would be taken care of immediately. However, this morning, another sales associated advised me that they had to wait for the sales manager to come into work the following day. Until then, this would not be corrected. Therefore, it will take two days for a correction like this to occur. needless to say, i’m not please…

watch out for Silva, she is a mean women. the other people there are great .the manager Silva stay away from her. she is rude to people and her staff. she yells at her staff and does not know how to treat people. they need to hire another manager.

I miss the Stanford Plaza. I used to love coming here when I lived in the Peninsula, specially the Frette store. If you don’t know their products I recommend you to google it. Expensive but VERY high quality, worth the money. Staff is very cordial and helpful at the store. We ended up buying a set of towels that still look like new after plenty of washes.
