Jacuzzi Hot Tubs

My experience with Sundance Spas was great. Jody (the technician) was punctual and very thorough and quite knowledgeable. He was able to correctly diagnose the problem with the spa and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. Further, he had a good personality and made me feel like I was in good hands.
I will use Sundance Spas again without hesitation.

This is our second Jacuzzi from Paradise Valley Spas in Palo Alto. We had our first spa for about 5 years before moving from Woodside to Half Moon Bay, where we needed to add a spa. In both instances we had excellent service from the beginning of sales through installation and maintenance and service. Special shout out to Jodie who’s a real pro when it comes to troubleshooting (no, we didn’t have any problems with the tub) and Gabriel who does a bang-​up job on maintenance.

John is extremely good and helpful. He even came to my home and looked at the area we want to install the tub and gave me some pointers from that standpoint. Sure, a jacuzzi carries a premium in relation to a costco or other tub. Well worth it IMO, the jets, the make, the warranty, all lead to an amazing experience.
John was able to rush my delivery date and took excellent care of me. I have a hot tub in my rental property, the company that made it is out of business so no warranty. The thing breaks all the time. I’m so happy I went with the jacuzzi. When your buying something for 8−10k it makes sense to spend a little more to get A LOT

Well, my husband and my experience at Paradise Valley Spas was excellent. We had one on one service with our salesman, John. John is tremendously well-​versed in the Jacuzzi product.
John educated us on the different models, the features (energy savings, etc.), and even helped us pick our liner color (did you know that the basic white could have a blinding effect? – we ended up choosing a beautiful sand color).
Additionally, when it came to financing the purchase, John had us in and out so quickly, with the transaction complete. So painless – Thanks John!
John worked with us on delivery, and the delivery was as smooth as it gets. The delivery crew were professional, well coordinated, and gentle with the Jacuzzi.
A few weeks after delivery, I had to call John to get some instruction on how to use the chemical maintenance products. John took the time TWICE to walk me through the maintenance procedure, and he happily answered any other questions I had. I know that I can reach out to him any time I have a Jacuzzi question.
I would highly recommend Paradise Valley Spas, and I would highly recommend that, should you be in the market for a Jacuzzi, go see John!
Each time I sit in my new Jacuzzi, I quietly thank John for all of his help and insight.

Paradise Valley Spa has repaired my spa several times over the past 3 months and each time has done a tremendous job — always fair, always felt i wasn’t getting ripped off on pricing. They are always open to work arounds (when applicable) to save money — very upfront and friendly. I’m sure I’ll be calling them again soon as my 11 year old spa is breaking down here and there as spas tend to do!

They talked me into giving a $ 500 refundable deposit to «lock in» pricing. They assured me all I would have to do is call them to get the refund.
When I called, the rep said they have a «new policy» that required me to come into the office for the refund.
Bait and switch. Avoid.

Paradise Valley did a repair on my Sundance Spa and did a fantastic job. They are professional, prompt and trustworthy.
