Decent smoothies but really expensive. I ordered a medium and the people there did not even fill the cup up all the way.

Terribly run. 7 people working there taking to each other, slowly taking orders and making drinks.

This location states it is open until 8. I went at 7:15 today and the two girls instead had already closed up. 45 minutes early? I like Jamba Juice and have it regularly, but I will not be returning to this location!

The management at this location needs to be purged badly. Oh, your hours changed but you don’t have the god damn decency to update it online so that your«valued customers» don’t waste gas getting to your location? Get f*cked please, you’re the scum of the earth.

Glad to see that JJ has added more variety to their menu. Had the Tropical greens juice and it was very good, little sweet but I enjoy pineapple so it was good. The first time the guy gave me my drink it was still pretty chunky but luckily he grabbed it back and reblended it.

Decided to give this location a try. I thought it would be a quicker than the mall location. It started off fine, we were second in line and ordered within 2 minutes. For some reason, our two drinks took close to 40 minutes to make. They did not lose our order, they were just that slow. I think it was understaffed(on a Saturday) and the staff were poorly trained… our drinks sat in the blender for 10 minutes while 2 employees worked the cash register. Terrible service! We could have ordered and eaten a full lunch at Hobees next door for the amount of time it took. Never again!

Jamba juice out to kill. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. What happened to customer service? This Jamba Juice knowingly attempted to send me to the ER due to anaphylactic shock. I have been a faithful Jamba customer for over 14 years, and have been ordering the same drink for as long as I can remember. I am severely allergic to an ingredient in their dairy base, so every time I order a drink, I order it with no dairy base, because I know for a fact that I’ll end up with serious anaphylactic shock. Every other Jamba Juice has been able to comprehend this simple request, and if they forget, are nice enough to remake my drink without argument.(I order the same thing every time I’m at jamba, which averages 3 – 5 times a week minimum). In March, my office moved from Los Altos to Palo Alto, so I had to switch Jamba Juice locations. I have frequented the Town and Country location almost on a daily basis since the move, and 9 times out of 10, they put the dairy base in my drink, and 8 times out of 10, they tell me that I’m wrong, and that there is no dairy base in the drink, when the drink is a completely different(lighter) color than my normal drink. Maybe it’s just me, but when you have the same drink almost daily for years, I think you’d recognize the color when it’s made correctly, especially if when it’s not, you chance getting to spend the next 24 hours in the ER. Well, it’s reached the final straw. I went in and ordered my drink as usual, and watched them make it. They poured the dairy base into the blender, turning the color into a light purple(instead of a dark red/purple). Then I watched them finish making it, and specifically asked then when they handed it to me, if the guy had made it without dairy base(the color looked extremely light, and I watched him pour in the dairy base). He replied, «I put extra dairy base in it… Just kidding, there’s no dairy base.» I then replied, I watched you make the drink, I saw you put dairy base in it. I order the same drink on an almost daily basis, and have for years, I know what it’s supposed to look like… I really don’t want to end up in the ER, can you please just remake the drink?” He replied, «take the drink, I’m not remaking it, there’s no dairy base in it.» I then told him that as going to Stanford ER really wasn’t in my list of things to do today, nor was dying, I’d prefer just to have my money back and taken precaution for my health… He told me to «take my drink and get out.» I left my drink on the counter and walked out, returning several minutes later, and went directly to the cashier who had watched this all unfold and asked to please get my money back. He then was nice enough to say that he was sorry for the mess, and offered to give me my money back and to remake the drink. At this point, I agreed, not even caring about the drink anymore. Well, then the manager came out, glaring at me, and appeared furious with the cashier to be having to give me my money back. When the new drink came out(correctly), I asked them to look at both the first drink and second to compare the color… The first, made with the dairy base, was 10x lighter in color. I never realized that in the probably 35+ Jamba Juice locations that I’ve been to throughout the country, that a simple request for my own safety would be so complicated. I find it interesting that only in this location, have they messed up my drink on an almost daily basis… Considering that I have made my severe allergy clear to them on multiple occasions, it leads me to conclude that they don’t care about customer safety, and that they are attempting to kill me. I will never visit this Jamba Juice location again, I have reported this event to the corporate offices, and I’m telling everyone I know about these occurrences.

I come here at least 3 times a week. Its right next to work and very convenient. My favorite is the Fresh Banana Oatmeal. The staff is very friendly and very fast. The only downside is around lunchtime. Its right next to a high school so all the kids usually come and get their smoothies. So it gets really packed and the line is out the door. This location is pretty small so when you have a bunch of teenagers in there it gets overwhelming. Overall I love coming here and the oat meals are AWESOME!!!

Love me sum Jamba Juice! My favorite ‘Strawberries Wild’…I also really like the oatmeal cookies that they sell. Sometimes I stop in here and get a couple of the oatmeal cookies to go with my morning coffee… makes for a satisfying, filling breakfast… I assume it’s like eating a bowl of oatmeal… I don’t know, but whatever, its good.

I’ve been here a few times, mostly early in the morning to get some of their organic steel cut oatmeal on my way into work — I’ve tried the banana and the blueberry/blackberry — both of which are yummy. I recommend avoiding this place like the plague around lunchtime, parking is nearly impossible and half of Palo Alto High School comes here for lunch creating a line out the door and being the same size as a high school student, I often get lost in the crowd and wait way to long for my order. Jamba Juice also needs to get with the program and get biodegradable cups and utensils. styrofoam cups and plastic spoons? really? Nevertheless, they have tasty oatmeal and yummy smoothies so I will probably be back

Just to let you Unilocalers know, that three stars for Jamba is very solid. This location is very busy since it’s near Palo Alto High School, Stanford Shopping Center and Stanford Stadium. It’s like a mini-store and it doesn’t do a good job of handling customers. That’s the main negative, which is very big due to the popularity of this location. You need to be wary that it’s very small, it’s just the cashier, the pickup and a napkin counter! It’s one of main stops when in Palo Alto, so I wait patiently or I will visit the new Books Inc. location. The smoothies are like every other place, so it’s good or not depends on the ingredients and your preferences. I usually get a carrot orange juice, so there’s a better sense of the quality and freshness of the ingredients. They usually good about freshness and they don’t pour-in previously blended fruits(a must at these Jambas). The thing that made it different was the kindness of the workers and the samples that they hand out. They were more than willing to hand them out and that was definitely a plus.

I LOVELOVELOVE the Jamba Juice. They have a whey protein shake that is a delicious breakfast… complete with soy milk! While I could probably make them at home, I prefer the convenience. If you don’t have a magic bullet or prefer to add interesting flavors, the Jamba is the way to go. Oh, and for the calorie conscious, they have under 200 calories smoothies as well! Gotta love the Jamba!

The best thing on a very hot day. Also just refreshing if you happen to not eat a lot of fruits on a regular basis. Even though they recently removed quite a few item off of their poster menu, you can still order all of the original drinks. The best new ones are the all fruit options like pomagrante paradise. The prices have increased, but not prohibitively. The service is fast unless you have very bad timing and go at the busiest hours at lunch and after school when the Paly and Casti students go there. Sometimes the blenders get carried away and yell really freakishly loud at you to pick up your order, but I’ve never had a problem with service. The new breakfast options are a bit weird, especially if they are blended. Its like they think we can’t chew. But just stay away from that you should be fine.

Ok, I’ll be the first to admit that Jamba Juice’s smoothies are delic. But they aren’t that good for you! They have, like, triple the amount of daily vitamins that your body needs, and you don’t even absorb vitamins that well through their smoothies, you just pee them out! And their smoothies come in Styrofoam cups that aren’t even recyclable. I know it seems really healthy and good for the environment somehow, but it’s really not. But they’re so yummy!
