I agree that the billing department is unpleasantly aggressive. We received multiple statements and phone calls within 30 days of service and inadvertently paid one invoice twice. Families with sick kids are stressed already and don’t need harassment when payments aren’t even overdue yet! Despite numerous letters and phone calls to the billing department over a four month period we are still waiting for a refund to be processed. Clearly profits matter more than patients. Sad.

Beware: Exceptional care at exceptionally super high prices. My newborn son spent 2 –3 nights in the intensive care and didn’t have anything major, just mainly observation. I think the bill came out to 36,000! This is one of the places where we probably paid $ 8.00 per cotton swab! I didn’t get an itemized bill so I don’t really know. Also, minus one more star for their billing department. I feel like I’m being stalked by their billing department, for every bill I get in the mail, I get a phone call less than one week later asking where the payment is. Geez!
