Midtown Court Apartments

This is by far the WORST apartment complex to live in if you are in any way social, like music, or are under the age of 70 and don’t live by yourself. The «owner» Sharon, who is absolutely bat —- crazy, is possibly the most horrible person I’ve ever met. My husband and I would get harassed by Sharon every time we had people over, listened to music or watch TV with the window open, or talked in the hallway. Not only would we get harassed, but even our guests would get harassed in the hallway, by the pool (which we only went to twice when we had family visiting), and in the parking lot. It was embarrassing.
And, Ana. She’s worthless. She takes care of repairs only after several phone calls. And she doesn’t do anything against Sharon. She just takes it from her like the rest of us had to.
Seriously, don’t waste your time moving into the place, because once you move in, you’ll want to move out.
WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER!

Update 8.27.2013: I am downgrading my rating. I have moved out. The people (one person in particular– the main property manager) that runs this place is just not professional or rational. There are too many stories of extremely rude behavior where people have felt terrorized living there which I have personally experienced. On the plus side there is a very nice neighborhood committee that have banded together to support each other which creates a nice community.
