I love it when I’m eating a slice of pizza and the toppings starts falling off because they put so much stuff on it. I ordered a pesto chicken slice and all these chicken, mushrooms, onions and tomato toppings start falling off. See my beautiful pizza slice in the photo gallery.

A single slice, not on the menu, but instead is a drawn picture for size (actual size) is a probably the best deal. 3.99 for cheese, 4.99 for any specialty slice. The size of my face.
I have really low and really high standards for pizza. This fell in the middle — it didn’t taste like cardboard, but wasn’t life changing. The crust was doughy, the cheese was cheesy and pulled apart as it should.
3 reasons you should come here:
1. Fast service
2. They don’t skimp on the toppings
3. It’s very cheap for being right off University

First time ordering here in a while, and the delivery order NEVER arrived. Ordered through Unilocal (Eat 24), they weren’t much help either. Still waiting for my refund. Avoid if possible.

We have been customers since New York Pizza opened in Palo Alto, and is our go-​to place locally when we want pizza. The food has been consistently good over time, and equally important to me is their good customer service whether I call in an order for delivery or pick up. It is apparent that the owner does care about both which extends to his employees… And if you are feeding a group of hungry teens:) they honored a very good (but I think long expired) deal for me tonite –just had to ask. I hope they won’t mind me sharing it as it is such a good value: 5 lg 1 item pizzas for $ 65! That’s the price you might normally pay for 3, if your lucky. I really appreciate this which lead me to write this long overdue review.

Giving this place 1 star just because the manager name «Mo» personally delivered the order that I placed at 8:33pm. That Mo delivered it at 10:44pm. Yes Mo also said he will refund me and said there was an «ISSUE» with there machine and EAT24 system. But what piss me about the whole experience. I keep calling between the time I ordered and the time they delivered and KEEP putting me on hold and hanging up my calls. You guys tell me if they deserve a 1 star.

Came here after visiting the pace gallery. I was tempted by someone walking the other way with a couple of pizzas from here. They got about 5 – 6 tables inside. I got the mini pizza combo that comes with a salad and a pizza for around 10 $. The salad was refreshing and the pizza was filling. The wait was a little lengthy but the staff is super friendly. If you are looking for a quick place to grab some pizza this is the place.

Not NY pizza it lost a star for the name. The pizza wasn’t bad but I had expectations of New York style pizza and it was more like catering /​Costco pizza. The dough wasn’t hand-​tossed and the sauce was really plain. Plus it was a little pricy for a 14″ pie I got the same thing a week ago for $ 7 cheaper from another place.

Food is great and customer service is excellent. There was an issue with my order, I received a call from the manager who bent over backwards to fix it and make everything right. Very satisfied customer and when I need my fettuccine Alfredo with garlic bread fix, I know exactly who to call!

Super impressed with the food here. I ordered delivery through grub hub, and ordered the Greek salad with added chicken as well as a veggie pizza. Everything was DELICIOUS! The pizza hits the spot, and the bread is just the right consistency. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

Today we place an order for our company lunch at the Stanford campus. I called early morning to verified that my order was still to arrive at 11am and yes they had my order, they also went over the order with me to check that everything was correct… The pizzas arrived about 10 min before, which it was great because it gave us time to set up for lunch. We didn’t ask for plates and napkins, but they were nice enough to bring with the order, we loved the combo pizza and the chicken chipotle it was one of our favorites. The salads that serve about 15 people was great (baby mix salad)
We will definitely order from here again, it was a great experience. Thank you for the great lunch the staff loved it.

It’s hard to find cheap and quick eats on Yuppy University, so this pizza place is more than sufficient to fill the hunger void, and what’s especially great about it is that they allow you to customize a single pizza slice so you don’t have to succumb to a whole pie if you’re a stag diner!
This place is also on the smaller scale so imagine three rows of seating. Not the greatest for big parties but great for individual diners.
My friend ordered the single slice with pepperoni. The slice was huge! And it took less than 10 minutes for them to bring it out piping hot. The slice was dissected into 2 slices so it doesn’t flop all over your face as you eat it.
The crust is rather thin style and has a nice crunch chewiness to it. I’d give this place a solid three stars. The pepperoni is greasy, but what pizza isn’t? This is a step up from Costco pizza and they also offer gluten free options!

Not impressed. We had the white chicken, supreme, and cheese pizzas. They were rubbery and bland. Frozen pizza is better.
(And I’m not even going to compare this to the Chicago-​style pizza I was raised on; that is in another universe.)

This place has a little of my heart. I’m a die hard round table fan but with the economy these days I’ve had to succumb to pizza hut… until I discovered NY Pizza!
The pizza is pretty tasty and I’ve ordered it personally and for my office as well. With the sauce and topping options you really can’t go wrong.
I have had horrible delivery from here but I’ve have on time delivery more often than not, plus they offered a mini refund since I waited around 2 hours so I’m not too pissed about it. They have also messed up the order in the office but the pizza guy was very diligent on getting the right stuff to us ASAP, much appreciated amigo.
I really like the pesto sauce, the garlic is a close second, with their tomato being the norm. Overall I anticipate to order from here in the future and I recommend asking for deals! My go to is two two topping mediums with a liter of cola for $ 25.00, not bad right?

This is our go to place. We love paxti’s but the delivery times are awful. So if we want a quick pie delivered in a reasonable amount of time for cheap the NY Pizza is the place.
Look the quality is decent, you get what you pay for. We are not some pizza snobs who cannot appreciate a solid pizza.
So look elsewhere if your hipster yuppie sensibilities will be trod on my eating classic pizza. For the rest of us, yay NY Pizza! We will remain loyal customers!

Disappointed with this place and its NOT because of the staff. People on here are saying that the food is great but I have to disagree!!!
I got a pepperoni pizza and just by the look of the crust, I swear its frozen. Maybe not the toppings, but deffs the crust. And can I say, totally NOT New York style pizza. It brings the title to shame. As far as taste goes, it was just disappointing. Dominos even makes better tasting pizza. One up side tho: the price for pizza is cheap for the area. But, if you ask me, not worth it.

I decided to order take out for lunch. I ordered a few slices for lunch. Included 3 free toppings to choose from which I added chicken, mushrooms, and garlic.
When I got there, the food was not ready yet. I wasn’t in a hurry so I did not mind the wait. The pizza was pretty good. New York style pizza with the thin crust and large size. I wouldn’t mind coming here again.
