Be very careful to monitor any accounts with this company. They do not send invoices yet will bill using any stored credit card they have on file without notifying you. Invoices are stored on their website only. As well, if you chose to cancel they will not PRORATE any previous subscriptions. I find their billing and business practices to be very consumer unfriendly and not transparent concerning automatic billing. They do not seem interested in creating long term business relationships only in guaranteeing revenue for services that will never be used even after being cancelled. They do not monitor accounts for inactivity and will continue to bill on inactive accounts indefinitely. The cancellation responsibility falls on the shoulder of the original account holder. I wonder how much revenue they earn fromautomatice annual subscripton payments they are able to process after cancellation? Seems like offering prorating would be a kinder, more ethical way to handle dealing with a customer’s account when it is no longer needed nor wanted yet this customer has to pay even after cancelling services.

Disappointing. When I singed up I was promised that in case I wanted to migrate to another provider they would offer the proper tool. The exporter Ning offers has a 200 item cap, that means that Ning won’t let anyone migrate more than 200 posts within a discussion, that makes the tool completely useless and the promise to be able to migrate a community completely unreal.
