Olivia & Lash

I had a last minute trip out of town for business and of course had to contact Olivia to beautify me :) it was so last minute I knew it was almost guaranteed I had to wait until my return. But of course she did her best to try to fit me in AND SHE DID!!:) I love love love her work! She’s the only one I trust with my lashes!:) Thanks again Olivia!!:)

Olivia is the best! I’ve been going to her studio since I moved to the area over 18 months ago. Super high quality and excellent attention to detail, I’d never go anywhere else. Most importantly, the lashes look natural, and Olivia is great at helping choose length & style that works. It’s easy to book, and she sends reminders via text. Best of all, she’s incredibly friendly and accommodating. A testament to her work — at least 4 friends have all started going to Olivia as well since seeing my lashes.

Appointments are easily made on her website and she offers many styles to pick from. I wanted something natural so that I can get away with POSSIBLY letting people think that I was blessed with full long lashes (hah yeah right!)
After making the appointment, she and her husband (who runs the email/​communication side of the business) sent pre-​visit instructions and post-​visit instructions.
I showed up in comfy work out clothes and was led to her table to lay down. Instead of picking the fullness and style, I told Olivia that I wanted something natural and pretty and let her work her magic on my lashes. She was great in taking pre/​middle of the procedure and post pictures of my lashes. She showed me the various lashes that she would be using prior to gluing them on and I settled in.
She was extremely responsive to feedback (ie, if she could adjust the eyepads a bit since they were slightly itchy) and there were times that I fell asleep.
Olivia was fantastic to work with and she was super patient. I have very thin fine lashes and she took her time to make sure that I walked out with a natural look vs something totally outrageous and fake! Definitely take a peek at the photo i posted!
Post appointment, I received a followup email to make sure everything was okay.

Harrison is so patient and not a hint of being condescending. I’ve been so excited to have my first lash extension appointment and Harrison walked me through the online appt booking. The day before my appt I tripped while jogging at Rancho and messed up my face. I could not keep my appt and Harrison was co-​operative about cancelling the appt. I haven’t even meet the group, but am looking forward to getting the thumbs up from my Doctor and re-​scheduling. A+++

Olivia is amazing! Super meticulous and friendly and my lashes looked great. thx a lot and i will be back next year.
