Parker Salon

My stylist, Cassie Renner, recently relocated to Parker Salon after having spent several years serving clients at Julian Chase just around the corner. I first started seeing her when she was recently out of beauty school and finished with apprentice training, but at the time I didn’t know, because she was as excellent as anyone with years of experience.
I’ve followed her to Parker Salon (which is so cute, btw!) and got a color yesterday. I’ve had everything from full highlights to partial highlight to solid color, and she’s great at helping me maintain natural but beautiful hair that looks healthy and shiny. She gave me a complimentary neck trim yesterday as she does for her clients with short cuts or bangs in between haircuts.
As usual, I am thrilled with how my hair came out, and anyone who has seen me has commented on how great it looks! Seriously, if you’re looking for someone great with color– either regular maintenance, highlights, or even bold, funky colors– Cassie is your girl! She is also excellent at bobs. She has helped me keep mine fresh and modern over the past 5 years.

Joanna Ladd has cut my hair for decades, starting way aback when she worked at Yosh. I am always pleased with her artistic cuts and receive many compliments. I can’t tell you how many people I have referred to her over the years. I usually go with a «no fuss» haircut but it’s always very vogue. She will also do special hair styles for events. I fondly remember her hairdo for my wedding nearly 2 decades ago and a very different style for a formal party. I highly recommend Joanna to anyone looking for a great cut.

as you know, finding a stylist who meshes well with you is really hard. my stylist, cassie (who previously was with julian chase and salon 404) moved here recently, so i followed. the space is clean, quiet, and relaxing, and cassie is phenomenal. she gives great hairdo. i get my roots done and a haircut and i’ve never been disappointed. she has great ideas and flawless execution. trust me, ask for cassie. (but not so much that i can’t get in myself. heh.)

Joanna is an amazingly gifted and intuitive stylist. I’ve gone to her several times for a hair cut with gloss and highlights and have always left feeling delightfully satisfied by the results. She seems to have a knack for sensing what the client wants, even if they aren’t sure themselves, and draws from her expertise, skills and artistic sensibility to create «beautiful» hair. In addition, the entire experience is a truly pampering and enjoyable one as Joanna is kind, engaging and fun while also being sincerely dedicated to her clients. I’ve taken my boyfriend to see her as well and he has always been pleased with his haircuts. Go and get your hair done by Joanna!

Joanna Ladd has been doing my hair for more than 20 years, and there’s a very good reason for that: she does terrific work. It’s always fun to see and talk to her, too, as she has a bubbly personality. I also really like the interior design and vibe at Parker salon — it reflects the high quality styling that happens there.

Love turning my hair and look over to Joanna Ladd. She encouraged me to try some new things and my friends have been please and amazed ever since. Even my husband liked and likes my new look. She is great at her profession and a very kind and fun person to spend that time with.

Joanna Ladd is by far the most talented and creative stylist I’ve ever visited. I’m so happy to find her at Parker Salon. I’ve always had trouble communicating with other stylists and was never able to describe my ideal cut and style. Joanna «gets» her clients. She listens, interprets, and after a few snips and clips, I walk out feeling like a million dollars!

LOVE LOVE this place. Shae Paye has been cutting my hair for years and she never fails to impress. The cuts look great for a long time and I trust her with both my long layered styles and my short bobs. She even did an absolutely stunning pixie cut on me. There is nothing she cannot do. The salon itself is gorgeous– clean and fun with great staff.

Shae is the best. My hair has been getting revitalized by her for about a year now and I do not regret the decision to trust her with my always seemingly not quite quite sure what it is doing hair. She provides a fantastic cut and I always feel like a celebrity star after a visit. Also noticeable the salon is under new ownership and the vibe is way chic.

Ashley Rourk at Parker Salon is THE best for highlights! She’s been taking care of my color for a few years now, she does an amazing job and is an all around great person to hang out with for a couple hours while in the chair. Also have to say the salon has gotten a recent makeover with a new owner, and it’s really light and open and bright now, with gorgeous pictures on the walls.

All I can say is that Shae gives the best haircut ever! Certainly have not found anyone this skilled since I got my hair cut in NYC regularly. Go see her!
