Every time I go to supercuts I almost always expect something to go wrong but I decided I would try it this one last time. I got super lucky with Noemi! She not only gave me exactly what I wanted but I didn’t have a choppy look! I went 3 inches shorter but still wanted to keep a ton of long layers and she got it to a T. She also gave me some great tips on how to keep my hair from getting so dry and exchanged in great conversation. It was everything I could have expected in a service. She really knows what’s she’s doing and I’m definitely going to come back.

Love me my Supercuts! Noemi is the BEST! I keep my hair super short and it’s very fine; she knows exactly how to cut and color short hair. She’s the only one I’ve let touch my hair for 4 years now! And you can’t beat the price with a stick!

I’ve been following Noemi since she worked in Redwood City. she truly loves what she does and it shows on my hair! I use to get simple trims because i have curly hair, no one cuts my curls like she does! I decided to go for a «drastic» change and go short, i was so nervous but after she cut and styled it, i was INLOVE with my new short hair! The salon is very clean and in a great area, right off the freeway. The staff is friendly and will get you in for an appointment fairly quick. Give them a shot! :)

I have to believe that 99.9% of the people that come through here would leave 4 or 5 star reviews if they would bother, but it is the 0.1% who are dissatisfied that end up being more motivated to leave a review– such is life. The location is fine– suite 107 in a small shopping center with a Starbucks, Chase bank, and Shell gas station– and the facility isn’t the largest square footage-wise, but it’s nice and very newly built. It isn’t the facility that brings me here, so much as the people, at least one in particular. I keep telling people that the difference in haircuts is more the stylist than the facility or even the brand.(Hopefully this won’t make her head super-big when she reads this…) I had been wandering aimlessly through the land of stylists until I discovered Geneva at the Supercuts in Sunnyvale. I liked her skill, professionalism and personality to the extent that as her career took her to San Jose and now as manager of this store, I followed her here. She actually takes time and care when doing my hair, even though I’m only a guy with relatively short hair. I don’t feel like a head of cattle being rushed through like some other places. I feel like she takes the time to do a good job– not sure why the other reviewer would have preferred a rushed job. Anyway, I highly recommend Geneva as a stylist. I’m sure the other stylists there are more than capable, but I haven’t let any of them at my hair, so I honestly couldn’t comment there. Be sure to call ahead(do as I say, not as I do) because their queue can vary from empty to packed. They do take walk-ins, but you might be taking a gamble on your wait time. Overall, bravo! Highly recommend!

Just came back from a «blow dry» & «styling» session at Supercuts. I went here because it’s right next to my work and I wanted a quick blow dry/shampoo. Drybar charges 40 $ and Supercuts charged me 45 $ for what I’d term a really long/boring process where the stylist was scraping my face with the round brush while trying to blow dry. I also was surprised at the 45 $ price because their menu reads 5 $ for shampoo, 20 $ for blow dry and 20 $ for styling. I just wanted my hair blowdried but, it’s curly so it involves using a round brush and apparently that’s considered styling and costs 20 $. The stylist took about 75min to finish my hair and I can tell that it’s going to be a frizz ball tomorrow. So much for wanting to save time by not driving down to Drybar. It actually took long and I don’t even have the results I want and I paid more than what I’d pay for Drybar.

I have been going to see Geneva for a while now! See is great! No matter how bad of a description I give her for what I want she gets it and I walk out with an awesome color and cut every time!!! If you want an awesome hair cut & color or if you need any advice on any product just go to this location and ask Geneva! She makes sure I have a smile on my face every time I walk out!

This Supercuts is a convenient place to get your hair cut. I’m a guy and get a relatively simple cut. It’s done fine, not super well — but adequately. The barbers have all been very nice and friendly: easy to talk to and engaging. The wait tends to be pretty long. If they give you a wait time, you can add 15 minutes to it with pretty high certainty. I suggest calling ahead to see what the wait is. You can put your name down and save a spot so when you arrive, the wait is less. Good location for Stanford students(me) and has a Starbucks next door.

This new location is very nice and cozy! However, this stylist did horrible job on cutting my hair. I felt so sick about my haircut, so my daughter fixed it. I would recommend to get this stylist more trained and professional. Or hire a better one. I am sorry if I am sharing this with you.

Great experience coming here came to redo my red highlights and they recommend a option to get the extract share of red that I wanted on my hair. They also gave me great tips to keep my hair healthy and looking as red as possible. This locations its further from my house but I would defiantly would be coming here.

I took my son here because the other Palo Alto location was temporarily closed due to water damage, walked in and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a new store with a nice location to shop or go to coffee while I wait. The haircut was ok, but the paying process was brutal. I paid with credit card but knew I wanted to pay cash for the tip. I was asked three times for the tip! First time I was asked if I wanted it on the card — no I told her I would pay cash. Next time she pointed out that the receipt did not reflect the tip — yes, I’m aware. And the third time she again reminded me what the receipt was for and did not include her tip. I really should have just not tipped her at that point. To be harassed for a tip to me means that the company does not pay well AND/OR the stylist really has no manners. Will find a different stylist.
