The Balanced Animal

First, this review is not based on Kellee’s massage or treatment of my dog.
I contacted Kellee via the phone number on her web page. It took her a few weeks to get back to me. She explained she was away on business. So I understand the delay but as a business the answering machine should have noted her absence/​unavailability.
When we finally get in touch, she was very courteous on the phone and we set up a meeting. Day came and went and she never showed up. I tried to call but kept getting voicemail. I left a message and never heard back. That was about a month ago now. I have yet to hear back or receive any sort of apology for completely missing a scheduled appointment.

Kellee came to my house on Saturday to give my dog a massage and give me things to do on a daily basis to help her. She’s a 7 + year old Great Dane who is just starting to be a little slower standing and laying down.
My dog was immediately at ease with her and Kellee was able to teach me a lot. I wanted a massage because I had read a book on it but didn’t feel confident and the book suggested watching someone get a massage. Kellee suggested I watch and learn before I told her I had read a book and was just looking for pointers.
From the moment she got in the house, my dog wanted to be touching her and Kellee’s calm demeanor meant she was able to show me a ton. She really took the time to do it right and she’d show me things on my body too so I’d know what it felt like.
I completely recommend her to everyone!
