Wendy is awesome! She is professional, patient, understanding and knows her market. She helped us negotiated and closed a deal in Palo Alto at a reasonable price. Wendy Kandasamy is no longer with Alain Pinel; she was recruited by Zane MacGregor, a boutique Realty in Palo Alto. We’ve known Wendy for at least 4 years and have always found her to be friendly and knowledgeable about Palo Alto real estate. She periodically updated us on the market trends but we NEVER felt harassed by her, as the previous review implies.
My husband and I bought our first home together only a month ago, with her help, and have been delighted with our new purchase. The best part of our interaction with Wendy, however, is her follow-​through. She checked-​in throughout our escrow period, keeping us updated on the loan status, and even offered to help us sublet our old place as we began the move-​out process. As we’re settling into our new place, she continues to check-​in, addressing any issues that come up.
Being a first time home-​buyer, I’m glad that we had Wendy to guide us through the process and would unreservedly recommend her to friends and family.
