The doctors and his nurses are great but the receptionists are HORRIBLE. They NEVER answer the phone. I have been trying to get in contact with them for months and they don’t answer. And yes it is during open days and hours. They also don’t call back even after leaving multiple messages. It took them over a full week to finally call me back with test results. And I keep trying to call to pay my bill but again no answer. Now I am getting papers in the mail saying they are sending me to collections over a very small amount that I’ve been trying to pay for a while now. I called the other number on the paper i recived in the mail on March 8th and she took my debit card info and told me they were putting the transaction through and I asked if she would send me a confirmation email when they do. She said she will ask the receptionist and if not then they will send me one in the mail. I still to this day have not recieved an email or any mail from them confirming my payment. I am very upset with this place since day one and will NOT be returning. They also never called my insurance company back when they tried getting a hold of them three different times. Because of this I had to pay full price.($ 200 for a check up) After how much they charge you’d think they would have good customer service and actually care about their clients. Instead they ruin their clients credit because they don’t know how to do their job. Or may e they are just lazy and do not care. Again, the nurse was great when I went in there. But my experience with everything else was just plain awful.
