Love my new hairdresser Leslie! My hair color was a train wreck when I walked into Glam. My former colorist, who I went to for years, was becoming a little complacent the past couple of visits and I was disappointed with what she was doing to my hair. I finally said enough is enough. If you are at that point with your hairdresser, just do it! Walk away and give Leslie a shot! I am so glad I did! After reading other reviews here and seeing photos of her work online and the fact that she is close to my Metra train station (so convenient!), I decided to go for it. Leslie was professional in her color consultation and made sure the communication was clear. The end result was a decision based on my desires and her recommendations. The salon itself is comfortable and has a very relaxing environment. Leslie took before and after photos and they should be online. I quite honestly could not be ANY happier with my new color. Talk about going from drab to fab, lol. Thanks Leslie!

After admiring my sister-in-law’s hair cuts and colors for many years, I finally decided to give her stylist Leslie a try. Boy am I glad I did! Let’s be clear, I am as picky as a person can be about my cuts and, especially, color. As a 49 year old with dark brown hair and lots of color resistant grays, it’s really hard to find someone with the skills and knowledge to not turn my hair either jet black (to cover the grays) or some shade of red (which doesn’t cover). I was so happy with the results that Leslie provided with just one visit. She immediately pinpointed everything that needed adjustment with my cut and color, and, honestly, it was like she read my mind! The color that was all over the place due to some recent balayage highlights was corrected to a nice shade of chocolate brown. She also did an awesome trim and blowout. I also had my 10 year old son along for the ride and had Leslie trim his hair. As any mom knows, it is just as hard to find a good cutter for a child’s haircut as it is for an adult. She is great with kids, even impatient ones like my son. Her cuts are fast and looked better than his previous cuts that cost 3 times as much. Trust me when I say, you cannot go wrong with Leslie. Now I just need to get my husband here as well :)

I have followed Bonnie from previous salon and so glad I did. Really knows my hair and my style. Glam also has a product line that is terrific! Very professional, upscale salon with reasonable prices. Strong recommendation!
