I bought an Apple I phone from this store. I had some mechanical issues within a few days and went back for a little help. I was told to go to an Apple Store if I had issues. My answer is then why did I not buy the phone from an Apple store in the first place? I have bought some other electronic items there based on a recommendation after I explained my needs. Their information was way wrong and off base. I would never buy batteries from Radio Shack. They leak and ruined two flashlights of mine. I just tend to stay away from this store. The business has outlived their usefulness and concept since people do not build their own radios or electronic items anymore. You can do better just about anywhere else. Helpful staff, but just not knowledgable.

The employees at this store are helpful, however the manager (Steve) is not. Steve pretty much told me to go somewhere else and buy a phone when I was having account issues. He isn’t knowledgeable in his own industry and he obviously doesn’t support the commerce and well being of Palos Heights. What a shame.
If you’re looking for friendly, helpful and above-and-beyond service, Steve is NOT the manager to consult. I can only hope he takes his awful attitude elsewhere and spare the pleasant ambiance of Palos Heights small businesses.
