Pizza Hut

Not the best pizza, tastes commercially made, not real authentic pizza like from Palermo’s. Only good thing is that this location has a dining area, which is a plus.

The wings are fantastic! I ordered them once now I have all my friends including i ordering them for lunch. Very tender and smothered in sauce. oh yeah and good delivery

So there are a lot of bad reviews on here. But I just wanted to say I had a great experience when my son and I ate there tonight. He had a BookIt coupon for a pizza. And I ordered some pizza for myself. The waitress was super sweet and attentive even though she also had to help with the ton of takeout orders that were coming in. They other workers seemed to be working hard and were very nice to the other customers. Only one other family was in there eating, but there were a lot of carry outs. Our pizza and breadsticks came out fast. And everything tasted about what you would expect from Pizza Hut pizza. I don’t understand people complaining about the taste of the pizza. I mean, it is a cheap pizza people. And it has tasted the same for the last 25 years. Get over it. If I want expensive pizza I get expensive pizza. But my son gets the free pizza every month so we go there. And it tastes fine. I also love that they do BookIt to encourage kids to read. So honestly, I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience here.

Very run down. Place needs a major overhaul with both the décor and the entire staff. Maybe have enough workers on hand to run a food place.

I don’t prefer these corporate owned pizza places. It doesn’t compare to the good tasting locally family owned places like Fasano’s.
This location needs better housekeeping. Our table was wet from recently wiping it but it left a nasty dirty towel smell on table. Our service was good. Our bone out wings came in basket squirted with sauce cause some wings didn’t even have sauce on them.

This was god awful. My friend and I came to eat in between classes because we were starving. The waitress was all of the place and had no clue where to even start. She took 10 min to bring water and silverware as we sat there with our food which turned cold. The booths were sticky and so were the tables. The buffet had one pizza on it that everyone has picked at and one scoop of pasta left. We asked if more food would be put out and she said I don’t know I will have to check. The food was the worst I have ever had from pizza hut. The place is filthy with stupid employees that have no clue what customer service is. They are just there for their pay checks. This place should be shut down.

Came here for the $ 6.99 pizza buffet and there was literally NO pizza. Just a sad looking salad bar. Only one employee was actually working and she was clearly angry. The slamming of the pans and the muttering under her breath was a nice touch. Classy. I felt like we were on hidden camera TV show. Restaurant was dirty and run down. Overall, just gross!

Ordered a cheese and sausage pizza with cheese stuffed crust. The pizza was bland, no seasoning whatsoever and the cheese inside the crust tasted like rubber. Disgusting. Will never order from here again.

Called to order a pizza and Miss Stephanie the restaurant manager was too busy for my questions. She was very rude and inconsiderate. She could not honor online pricing or make the time to help. After placing my order I called her back to let her know about the online special and she said I would have to place it online and hung up on me. I called her back and explained she was rude for hanging up like that. She replied I have 500 orders and 1 driver I’m sorry but didn’t realize I hung up I’m just busy. Well since your too busy for your customers you just lost one. I recommend if your looking for friendly service do not order from this location.

Worst pizza hut around. I ordered carry out wings and they were awful. I couldn’t even eat them, some were mush and some were so hard I couldn’t even pick them up with a fork. However I order a Pazone and it was pretty good.

If I could I would give no stars. Got a pizza delivered, the pizza was smashed on the left side and I went to pick up a slice of pizza, it was so soggy that it all fell apart. I call to get a refund and they would only give me a store credit. I will never order from here again. Any other pizza hut I will order from, but not this one. Never again, seriously, never again.

If they’re not going to do any updating or renovating they might as well put the old jukebox back that used to play 80s glam metal all the time. I have really fond memories of going here a lot as a kid and during my college years. Once or twice a year I go for the lunch buffet and each time I walk out asking myself why I keep going. The pizza on the buffet is really sub-​par and kept hot under the bright lights (it’s sub-​par for Pizza Hut, I mean) and it takes some cajoling to get new stuff out — and because they keep a skeleton crew there during the day, if more than 4 tables or so are there at any given time you might want to bring your own Pepsi because you’re only going to get one glass of it anyways.
The little annex thing (facing 111^th Street) is always freezing — like, sweater in the middle of summer freezing.
As for the food at any non-​buffet time — well, it’s Pizza Hut.

This place is terrible! The manager herself is the rudest I’ve ever seen. I see why all of the delivery drivers quit! I don’t think they have regular staff members either cause she always answer the phone. Delivery is always over an hour and half long cause it’s only one driver. I cant stand this place! Avoid it at all cost!

Terrible service. The people that work here do not belong around anything humans consume! Usually I am content with pizza hut but this location is gross.
First of all. With 4 employees smoking outside an chit chatting. Noone was inside to help me.
Then she comes in and takes my order
(personal cheese) wait time is 30 minutes;
What! Then took my money & went back outside to finish her cigarette.
Needless to say 30 minutes later I threw the pizza away and went to taco bell next door.

This place is nasty … It took forever for the server to come back and it really seems as if she forgot about us! WTF … really you just sat us down almost 5 minutes ago… how could you forget about people in the restaurant when we are the only people inside??? How? The salad bar look disgusting and dry… I would never come back! This place never used to be like this, it wasn’t great but it was good… now this place just sucks beef sticks if you know what i mean!
So if eating bad food is your thing and if you are looking for a dangerous experience in the sense of not knowing if your going to get sick or not and if you like to keep yourself guessing regarding the aftermath of eating at this Pizza Hut! Than by all means pass by and order a large stomach ache with a side of i hate this place!
But
If you’re not an exciting person like myself seeking thrills of bad food … than take my advice and drive somewhere else!

Not being a big fan of conveyor belt pizza places, I have avoided places like Pizza Hut, Lil Caesar’s, etc. After seeing the commercials for Pizza Hut a couple of dozen of times on TV promoting their any toppings pizza for $ 10, thought I would give a try. Ordered a pan pizza with three toppings from their website, it seemed pretty easy.
Drove down to the store, staff was very friendly and pizza was on time according to my pick up time. Even though I was taking the pizza home to eat, the dining room did not look all that appealing. Now for the pizza itself, what would expect from a $ 10 pizza. To me it tasted like some frozen pizza bread that you would buy at the local grocery store. Every ingredient was at it’s bare minimum on the pizza, right down to the sauce. The pizza was too doughy for my taste and the only thing that had any taste was the green peppers.
My opinion, pay the extra few bucks and go to a real pizzeria.
