This place is a hidden gem and I’m so glad I found it! Each coach is great and make 45 minute workouts feel like 10 minutes. Not only do they know their stuff, they are the type of good energy people that you want to see everyday! I have never had a gym membership or done anything besides yoga & running, so I had a lot to learn and this place is perfect. I lost two inches in my waist in the first 3 weeks. I’ve been here for 6 weeks and have felt myself get significantly stronger each week! Not to mention, it’s so diverse and you’ll be working out next to people from all different backgrounds and fitness levels. I love coming here everyday. If you’re reading this don’t hesitate just call & join the next challenge program they have.

Ben and his team are awesome! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to catering to clients’ specific needs. Ben helped me reach my fitness and nutrition goals 10 times faster than I had originally expected. He is very invested in his clients, and knows there isn’t a «one size fits all» when it comes to health and fitness. Training Ground is the best in the business… highly recommend.

Nothing but rave reviews for Ben and his team. I’m actually on the west coast, so I have utilized Ben’s virtual training services, but his workout and nutrition plans have all been calculated specifically for me, with daily/weekly checkins. They offer all the help you could want/need, but ultimately the motivation has to come from you. I will say that the trainers there aren’t interested in wasting their time with non-clients and people who are making excuses, which is fine by me. Leaves more time for those of us who are ready to work and see results. I absolutely recommend TGTN(or the virtual components if you’re not in the area) for getting in shape, dropping weight, learning to lift — even physique competitions if you’re so inclined.

Ben, Kasia and their training team are excellent, and the workouts are fun and full of energy. The workouts can be done by anyone, and you will get results if you go. The gym is very clean and the equipment is high-quality. The workouts are 45 minutes, and there is a different set of exercises each day. MWF tends to focus more on strength training, while Tues/Thurs are more cardio-based, although there is a mix of both in every workout. Classes times as of January ’16 are 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, &9:30 in the morning, and 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, &8:30 at night. [Also, I just saw a bunch of recent negative reviews of the gym after posting this originally. None of the negative reviews has been my experience, and there is nothing scammy about it. There are also several long time members of the gym who would swear by the workouts. Check it out for yourself.]

Zero professionalism when it comes to the accounting and billing«department». My «contract» reads that a deduction from my card on file is taken monthly, but is it in fact taken on a weekly basis– and not even on a consistent day of the week at that. On another topic, after it was agreed(in writing) that my account would be frozen for a set amount of weeks, I was still having monies deducted from my card and had to patiently wait for refunds, more than once. On another frustration, the business went against our agreed upon weeks to have my account frozen and refuses to refund my money(or even to grant my request of having those monies applied to my remaining balance) due to their idea to implement a «4 week freeze policy» I was never made aware of-but they just assumed I was. With this issue, this business has ignored all twelve of my calls, never returned a call when they say they would, and has ignored my messages. If I were anyone to be signing up with this gym, I would make sure of the contract you are getting into and know any and all policy/procedure/rules that are in effect or can be in implemented in the future.

WOW! Just went in for a trial orientation, well let’s just say I walked out! Kasia is super sweet and nice. The other«owner is what he calls himself» rude rude! Don’t ask him any questions because he feels like your interrogating him was his exact words! I’m sorry I have questions and who thought that when it’s a trial for a week you still pay. I don’t have an issue paying if I like the place but they want $ 30 a week just to try I couldn’t even stay for the orientation unless I gave them a credit card on file! I had questions, asked to see a schedule of times for classes he couldn’t answer my questions and told me look online for class schedule, basically told me it’s time for him to leave and he can call me another day then this was the topper turning towards another client and rolling his eyes! Sorry you need to take management classes because if you treat customers like that good luck!

Where to start. Training Ground Transformation Nation is a godsend for me and several of my friends. I have been looking for a perfect fit for me as far as workout place for a while, and this is it. The workout and nutrition plans offered are very effective. Coaches are big on proper form, are extremely supportive and knowledgeable. You really get most out of the each training sessions. Whether you are already in great shape or looking to transform your body, you have found the right team to help you with your goals. I love the positive atmosphere and all the support from the coaches and other members. This place really has a great vibe.

I’m so happy I found this gym! I’ve always had gym memberships that I payed for yet failed to use, but this one is different, it doesn’t go unnoticed if your attendance is lacking! I started here on a one week trial and I knew I was going to sign up after my first class. I’ve been here a little over 2 months now and although I don’t have much to lose I feel stronger, am already looking more toned, and I’m always so much more awake and not so sluggish throughout my day. Training Ground is going to make me more ready then ever for summer and I can finally say GOODBYEBINGOARM!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. After baby #3 it was time for me to start leading a healthier life style and it started with joining Training Ground. This isn’t a regular gym but that’s what I love about it. The circuit changes day to day and u aren’t using regular equipment. Here u have ropes, sleds, kettle bells and more. Ben is awesome!!! He really cares about everyone and is dedicated to helping us reach our goals whatever they may be. Yes I go to the group sessions but I feel like I have my own personal trainer :) He is very good at running the session but watching and adjusting us all at the same time. He is all about form and proper technique which is important. I don’t like waking up so early but after the session is done I feel 100 times better and its all worth it in the end. So glad I join when I did!!!

TGTN has been exactly what I’ve been looking for. This place is where you’ll want to be if you’re into getting a awesome workout with an amazing trainer who keeps the sessions large enough to bring out the competitive side, but small enough to watch our forms and make sure we are benefiting from the workout and not just going through the motions. Ben is a skilled coach who makes our goals his and does whatever he can to lead us to success, in which he does. Just check out his transformations! Defiantly come here if you’re into results and being part of a fit family and not Just one of those classes at a chain gym where no one knows each other.
