You cannot pay your monthly association payment ONLINE. You cannot email the manager of the company. Snail mail is the only way to go. I just called from 2 different phones right now and my call won’t go thru… huh? They are very quick to accuse you of the wrong yet when you try to get a hold of them it’s very challenging.

Alliance property management… my opinion is stay away from this management company! They run the business out of a home in a residential area at 14031 Trails end in Homer Glen. Very rude !

This is one of the largest property management companies in the south suburbs. Yet theyoperate like its 1992. No bill pay, no email, no website, nothing. You either mail your bill in(via check), or drop off at a UPS store and hope they don’t lose it. Chris the owner can be very dificult, if you pay your bill on time and nothing breaks in your unit or building, great. Don’t let that bill be late(even if its not your fault), they will send a delinquincy notice($ 25.00), in a matter of days and you have to be super pro active to get that resolved, ie call every day, fax documentation and work with them. Same with a problem that needs to be rectified, it may take several phone calls to get the message through. Just be aware this is as old school as property management gets and be on your A game.
