The long road finally over I am officially a homeowner now thanks to Ramsey and his team!
I was first time home buyer and I always wanted to purchase a place I could call my own but I didn’t know where to start. One of my Co-​workers just purchased a house and said that Ramsey was great and I should give him a call, I was hesitant at first but I am glad I did!!! This process took months to find the right home for me and throughout the whole time Ramsey was patience and really looked out for my best interest. Ramsey never pressured me into just picking any home and always told me the truth about what he saw in house that I might have missed so I would make an well informed decision. He was great guide to have on this journey and really fought for me to make sure I got a great deal and treated me like family. He will always tell you truth till this day I still can remember his words of wisdom «Location, Location, Location. If you can find a home that is 80% good in the Location you want it might be a good home for you, because you can always change your home but you can’t change the location». Ramsey even got me in contact with a great Loan Offer who really took good care of me and when it was my time to become a homeowner Ramsey’s team was on point to make sure the process ran smoothly. We went to see a house and while the homeowner was showing us around Ramsey noticed that one of their kids had a Learning disability and was somewhat struggling to manage the disability. After we left the house Ramsey did his thing by giving me the Pros and Cons of house and I decided that house wasn’t for me and we schedule an appointment for another day to look at more homes. When we met up the following week to look at more homes Ramsey and I were a little early for our appointment so we just chilled for little and chatted, come to find out Ramsey just came from that house where the family had that child with a learning disability because he wanted to share with them some programs that could help them with their kid. Well my point is Ramsey goes over and beyond and will really take care of you.
