Free concert happening in the park right now. U2 cover band. People are picnicking on the lawn, family & dog friendly. Summer concerts are sponsored by Lunada Bay HOA, but I’m not sure how often they happen(I should have asked). Free parking all around the area. I didn’t stick around long cuz I’ve been out in the sun too much today & I needed to just come home! What a party pooper…

Great little park nestled between homes and the Ocean. This park is always empty and always let’s you reset anything & everything about yourself. I leave my phone in the car every time I come here. I just allow myself to relax and take in what is still free the sun on my face and the Ocean breeze encompassing my inner being. When my body is away from the Ocean I feel different, something is just off and I have to get back within eye shot of it. I need to feel it with every fiber of my being and feeling like a park is yours when you are so close to something you love so dearly is amazing. I love this area, I love how untouched it seems, how no matter the time of day you come here birds are chirping, you can not hear cars, you can not smell smog, chances are you will see no one else, it is simply a little piece of paradise. I hope you enjoy it as well and as always leave the park better than the way you found it. BETHEGOOD=)

I wouldn’t really call it a park because it’s a fairly small are that’s located just a few blocks from the fountain and the Lunada Bay market. It’s literally a few blocks from where I live, so it’s very accessible and just a nice chill area during cool days. There’s not much to see, but Lunada Bay isn’t too far away from the coastline… where you can go out to the cliffside and watch the sunsets. I always use the opportunity to come out and get some sunlight when I’m feeling trapped in my home.
