I had 4 rooms and a hallway cleaned. They were at the house about 20 minutes. The carpet was left absolutely soaking wet. The carpet swelled and buckled in the hallway. I was certain that I was going to have to have it repaired. When the carpet dried two days later (no joke it took 2 days to dry) it flattened back out. All that said, when the carpet finally dried, it was clean but holy moly what a mess for those two days.

Awesome company. On time and did not overcharge for the work they performed. I would recommend them to anyone for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Excellent service.
