Holiday Inn Club Vacations Panama City Beach Resort

Great location for a beach get away. The condo was beautiful. Great rooms, full kitchen, wonderful pool area and very easy beach access.

We only booked for one night for an event– which we could stay for more! We had a one room villa. It was nicer than expected, loved the deco, plenty of room, not run down/​old feelings and right on the beach! Ask for a room on the 3^rd or higher floor for the best view. The staff was accommodating and super helpful for an early check-​in and late check out. It was clean and stocked with everything you would need (dishes, hygiene products, laundry soap, etc.). There’s a pool, whirlpool, and splash pad for the kids. But awesome beach space so no time spent there! ;) Will definitely stay here again!

Only stayed for 1 night but it was great! The staff was very nice and attentive, super clean rooms with a great view. Our bartender was awesome and the food was so good. My husband and I shared blue crab dip, seafood quesadillas and a burger. The burger, surprisingly, was the best! I wish I could get one for breakfast. We will be back for sure! Hopefully sooner than later.

My first time at this hotel and won’t be my last time! I booked my family a two bedroom villa and everything was great. From checking in to checking out.
The unit I stayed in was clean and NO odors. The deco is up to date. What I love most is the bed! Very clean and well made. Plenty of soft pillows and sheets! They say presentation is everything and since it’s not my first time booking with Holiday Inn hotels, the beds are one thing that they do best.
It’s nice to walk into your unit with amenities like shampoos, soaps, laundry detergent (enough for one wash). ready for you if you forget to pack some. Ironing boards and hair dryers as well and plenty of towels!
Kitchen is good size area. Is what you see in management photos. Appliance does needs some updating but I’ve seen worse in other hotels. Can’t complain.
My only complaint was the patio doors, tile floors, the elevator and kid play area. My unit, the door seems to not lock right and it looks like it needed to be replaced. Tile floors was not cleaned/​mopped. My family and I walked bare footed and our feet was all brown and dirty when we got there. It needed mopped before any guest arrived! They have this one area for kids to play with the water that shots up like a fountain but the whole time we were there, it was not turned on for the kids. The elevator is SLOW AS HECK! it stops at different levels when you did not press anything. That’s one thing about this place that needs improvement. Other viewers also thinks the same!
Other then that, at this vacation club the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beach was in our backyard so little walk to the shores! I will definitely be back!

Love this place. As close to, or as far from, the touristy stuff as you want. Quiet, clean, gorgeous views directly on the beach.

Hotel seemed like a great deal from reading all of the review (s). Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to check stay here. I made a reservation a month ago for a get away down here over MLK weekend. Apparently, it got lost somewhere and I couldn’t get checked in. The lobby closes at 11pm, I arrived at 11:15 after a 5 hour road trip ready to check in and get to bed. The night time security guard was nice enough, but couldn’t do anything. What’s really ridiculous about this is that the charge has already hit my bank account. I called another Holiday Inn in the area and they were able to confirm that I did indeed have a reservation, but they couldn’t help me. They wouldn’t even give me a room. Wouldn’t accommodate me in any way. I was so pissed off that I decided to turn around and go back home. Thank you, Holiday Inn for ruining my weekend. I’ve been a loyal Holiday Inn customer for a while now, but I doubt I’ll ever get a room from you ever again after these shenanigans.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are super and staff is very accommodating. Will definitely return.
