The hand patted burger is outstanding! As well as the service and the view! Also, the fish tacos are yummy, and the side salad is just right to go along with the burger! Definitely, a relaxing place to chill and enjoy Grand Lagoon.

Love this place. Great view and cold beer. All of the food we’ve had has been excellent. The service rocks! The guys know what we want and have it sitting on the bar before we even walk up. So glad that we locals have a place like this to call our own. One of the best parts is the playground for the kids to play at while we sit and listen to live music and watch the sunset. Thanks Off the Hook for being here! Keep up the good work!

Great shrimp plate! Returning for vaycay n had to come back to Off The Hook. Love sitting outside on the water! The entertainment is really good n enhances the casual, laid back atmosphere. We’ve ordered the shrimp w fries that is not only tasty but very reasonably priced, the chicken wings that are delish n the hot dogs for the kids. Of course in our family we all share so everyone gets to enjoy the full course! It’s become a regular stop on our list. Enjoy!

Fantastic food and a really good value! Sitting outside on the Lagoon watching the sunset is something that every visitor should do and the owner is great. Keith came by our table and made conversation, made sure we were taken care of and even gave us advice on other places to eat on PCB! We will definitely be back!

Visited off the hook over the summer. PAPER/​PLASTIC EATING AND DRINKWARE IS NOT A GOOD IDEA for the bar area. The wind gusts made it a constant battle for both the bartenders and customers, as we were constantly chasing down our napkins and plastic cups. Cheap drinks, fair food, right by the water, and a neat play area off to the side for the children. During my visit, the two female bartenders were serving many, but didn’t much seem to enjoy being there, it seemed to be more of a hassle. A friendly staff is important because they set the mood for the dining/​drinking experience. Would go back for the prices, but definitely not my first choice.

Cheap cheap beer! Pretty good bar type food (wings, dawgs, nachos, burgers) and very affordable for any budget. Sits right on the water and caters to both locals and people visiting the tourist boats located right next door. You can’t beat $ 1 PBR drafts and they have an awesome $ 5.99 special that is 2 dawgs (or corn dogs), 1 side, and a drink…

Service was good, staff was polite, and the food and beer was awesome, only complaint was having to listen to the fat manager/​boss/​owner wearing a yellow shirt complain to and cuss out his staff for 15 minutes for letting a party walk away that none of the staff saw enter. Literally doing this at the bar where a mess of customers were sitting, It got kind of ridiculous, take that behind closed doors man. Place woulda got 5 stars otherwise

While vacationing in Panama City Beach we found this quaint waterfront restaurant and bar to be one of our favorite places to relax while drinking a cold beer and sampling several of the many food items on their menu. The dry rub wings are exceptionally delicious and the supreme chicken quesadilla is one of the best I have ever tasted anywhere. Spicy and flavorable. The staff is friendly and the service is spot on. The best part is they pet friendly. In the short time we have been here we have visited this place 4 times and plan on heading back again today after our day jaunt on the pontoon boat rental from the same spot. I would highly recommend this restaurant for those that love the outside bar/​restaurant atmosphere.

Food is only average «bar food» but a decent local vibe at this place… Last summer, we ate on the water and nothing on the menu was more than $ 9.99 so it didn’t kill our budget to eat there… Overall, a decent experience… At least it doesn’t feel like a tourist trap like some places in PCB…

The service is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is a wonderful throwback to Panama City Beach of yesteryear. This is a laid back beach vibe kind of place. Grab a table by the lagoon and watch the pontoon boats come back unloading the tourist cargo. The food is basic pub fare, but good. I recommend the fish tacos highly. A perfect place to get you off the beaten track.
