I dropped my dress off at 8:40 am. I went back to pick up my dress at 4:40 pm. I was told not only is it not ready, it won’t be ready until tomorrow, and not only that, but I can’t even get my dirty dress back! Tomorrow morning very early I leave for California where I was SUPPOSED TO WEAR THAT DRESS. I am more than livid. I will NEVER use RUPERT’S CLEANERS again, and if anyone asks, I will tell them to go somewhere else. The service sucks.

Just ran into the Rudest lady I’ve met in 2015 working the front Beach Road location across from the Navy base at 1:15 PM today. She apparently has a purse full of I don’t give a hoot cards. They will never receive my business again. I’d rather walk backwards to downtown Atlanta to get my dry cleaning done. First and last time customer!

Been using Rupert’s for over ten years on a weekly basis. Service has always been friendly and professional. Drive-​Thru service and fair prices should make you a fan as well.
