Can I really give a Buffet 5 star’s! !!
You bet, everything was awesome, I travel to a new town every week with a crew of hungry guys… and we hit a buffet in every town at least once a week… yhis is to date the best I have found !!!
Hot delicious, Sushi was good, no one had a single thing they didn’t like… and that is a first in 10 years

Great variety of food and is reasonably priced. The servers were all very attentive and removed our used plates promptly. Unilocal DIRECTIONS ARE STILL WRONG and will take you a half hour away from the actual location.

Long story short, food is good if that is all that matters to some. However management today was a disgrace. The manager showed an embarrassing and degrading display of behavior toward me and my family. My family and I will consider finding another establishment if this matter is not resolved.

I don’t know about the bad reviews, either. There is an amazing variety of fresh, delicious food. I got more than my fill just from the seafood casseroles. Broccoli and squash and broccoli casserole are out of this world! And reasonable! Could not believe how low the lunch price was. Don’t miss this place if you are looking for great Chinese food?

My family and I had a great experience here, went Monday afternoon and place was pretty busy. Food was hot and the flavor was very good for a Chinese buffet. Staff was mostly attentive and all were polite on our visit. The restaurant was clean and tidy, with someone regularly wiping down the buffet tables. The restrooms were very clean and had a pleasant smell. Overall good experience and would visit again.

Not sure about the negative reviews. Husband and I visited while on a brief vacation. One word of caution, Unilocal directions are WAY OFF! Use your own gps. Took me ½ hour out of the way! From the outward appearance, we expected a run-​down, empty restaurant with dirty floors and dried out food. What a surprise we found when we walked in to a lively, clean, spacious environment with vast amounts of fresh food, many customers and welcoming staff members! Yes, it IS. A buffet, but the food was flavorful and delicious! We especially loved the catfish, the sushi, salad bar, honey chicken, and kimchi! Never had any issues being rushed out or not receiving water refills. Our server was not talkative but she was attentive to keeping our table clean and refilling our drinks. Restrooms were spotless. So glad I ignored the negative reviews and gave this a chance. We had a great visit. As of October 2015, lunch was $ 6.99/adult until 4 pm. Can’t beat that!

Sub par food, mediocre customer service, Togo option is a joke. They charge extra for items on Togo menu. How do you charge both Per pound for togo AND charge per item for extras such as meat, steak, eggs, sushi?

The owner of business is down to earth business entrepreneurs who is determined to bring the best of the best. No matter if it is quality of food or the standard of service, he only brings out the highest. Chow Time has definitely brought the traditional buffet restaurant to a different level. Love it!

Don’t understand the bad reviews. We really enjoy the large choice of food. Never got sick. We dine there often. Have been regulars for several years. Fried crabs, clams and shrimp are great. We’ve tried everything. You can’t buy the seafood for $ 10. It’s s good Chinese. The staff is straight off the boat. Staff is Chinese. The only strange thing is the absent tea pot on the table. Never disappoints. I will not leave a tip because it’s a buffet and the only service you get is continual water glass refills to prevent you from eating more!

So many locals recommend a trip to Chow Time for a meal. After giving it a try, I’m confused. There is nothing notable about the atmosphere or food. The food on the buffet doesn’t seem fresh nor is it exceptionally flavorful. This three star rating is generous. When considered as a must try, maybe try, or stay away, I would say maybe try. Again, the food is ok at best and the atmosphere is almost depressing.

Just horrible. The food was cold. And when the server took my plate and saw I had food on it she immediately started talking about me and pointed at me to another staff worker speaking in her native tongue. It was rude and very disrespectful. Just because I don’t speak your language does not mean I don’t know what your saying.
They also favor those of their race. They have separate and better seating, and are more attentive to them than the «general public». They never refilled any of the empty trays. The easy peal shrimp was mush in its shell and the meats were all tough to chew and cold. If you want cold yucky Chinese food then this is your place.

Chow Time serves a wide variety of foods at very reasonable prices whether it be for lunch or dinner. Plus they give a senior discount to us retirees. Location is great, although getting in and out of the parking lot (which is huge) can be tricky. While most of the food is oriental, many other types of meats and vegetables are available from the large buffet. The food is well prepared and tasty. Seating is comfortable in the large dining areas and the service is very good. I look forward to my next visit.

Read the this before your eat here.
You might be eating a stay cat! So before you done make sure you read up. This place is unsanitary possibly why is so cheap. Check out back for cat traps. I’m not saying that’s what you are eating but there has been research by local animal people. You’ve been warned

Good service, place seems clean. We eat there all the time and prefer the Sunday buffet. On Sunday you can get all you can eat crab legs. Food over all is pretty good.

The soup was the only thing hot. There were so many empty serving dishes and when questioned was told that they were bringing food out soon. I waited 20 minutes and it never happened. Many food items were mislabeled. It was a guessing game that I didn’t want to play.

Very affordable, friendly and attentive staff and a huge selection of food. They do have a good selection of American food for non-​Chinese food eating customers. They have a great dessert table & ice cream station. My 8 year old loves this place.
The neighborhood its in isn’t the best but they have tons of parking & it’s very cheap for large groups. We will go back again.

I really enjoyed the food here. The ribs are very tender and tasty, the sushi is just okay but expected in a buffet style restaurant like this. They are a bit pricey at on the weekends. The place seems clean but staff isn’t that friendly.
