Joe’s Corner Pub

Its not hard to give Joe’s Corner Pub a five star rating. The patrons I regularly encountered when visiting were as scary as the look of the building itself and the service is somewhat off-​putting. So you say how in the world can I give a run down dive bar most would be scared to enter a five star rating…
Simply put, in all of my travels they have the BEST Buffalo Wings I have tasted, EVER. As a matter of fact they are still a topic of discussion with friends (and one ex wife) who visited me there almost 20 years ago (when I worked next door at a nightclub called Thunderbirds).
I cannot say much about the place, I’ve had a beer or two there, played some pool on their ragged bar sized pool tables. But the décor and the wings haven’t changed much in 20 years, and that’s what I like… familiarity.
So be brave, ignore the décor (and the salty drunk you will probably meet at the bar) and get yourself some of the BEST wings you will ever have with a side of homemade blue cheese dressing.

Joes has, hands down, the very best wings in Panama City! Their homemade blue cheese is seriously the best I’ve ever had. I refuse to eat wings anywhere else because it is always a disappointment when I do.

By far «Best Wings» in town. Two pool tables and a internet jukebox. Cash only. The blue cheese is outstanding. The wings are smaller than average but are awesome.

Best damn wings in the world, draught beer (in a Mason jar) is icy-​cold enough to make your teeth pop, prices are crazy cheap, and Rose is the coolest lady you’ll ever meet! This is a perfect dive bar. Trivia, TV, pool, and an internet jukebox. Another big plus. the restroom is SPOTLESS! We locals all love Joe’s.

I love this place! The best wings I have ever had!!! Rose is awesome, treats everyone like family. One day I will get that secret blue cheese recipe out of her. Only thing that could make this place better is if they would ship me wings out of state!

If you love dive bars like I do, then this is the place for you. Folks from all walks of life, from bikers to journalists, students, lawyers and basically everyday people come here for the inexpensive beer, friendly service and kick-​ass chicken wings. While its not really pretty to look at, (what dive-​bar is), over look the ambiance and have fun.
