June’s Alterations has been in business for over 20 years servicing the Panama City and Bay County area. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied, I will work to fix the issue until the customer is satisfied at no charge.

I was given Junes info and was NOT satisfied! I brought my bridesmaid dress in because it was way too big and she tells me to put it on which I do and I come out stand in front of the mirror and she asks what do I need. First of all, you’re supposed to be the professional but I’d assume it needs to be taken in. She never pinned the dress she just marked it a couple times and that was it. I come in 2 weeks later and I cannot even zip the dress up. I pick up the dress the day before the wedding and it’s sooooo tight. It was chiffon material and because it had been messed with so much it was quite wrinkled. I asked if she was going to steam it and she said no she didn’t have a machine. I had to call my dry cleaners I use for work and they steamed it for me. It cost me $ 58.00. Not sure if that’s normal or not. Nice lady but I was NOT impressed with the services.
