The UPS Store

I wish that I could give negative stars (I’ve heard that one before), but it’s true in my case. I needed a very special chair packaged & shipped from PC to Los Angeles. I provided the measurements over the phone with the approximate weight & was given an approximate price (which wasn’t the issue). I was told to give a «head’s up» to the store prior to bringing it in. I made several attempts at the «head’s up» call, but repeatedly received a «We’re busy, leave your #» voicemail message… which I did. No calls returned! When I finally got to speak with someone, he knew exactly what I was talking about & told me NOT to bring the chair in because of the Midwest weather. OK… I waited several more days, and again went through the voicemail scenario. As my days in FL were numbered, which the PC store was aware of), already emotional, now I was desperate. This chair HAD to make it to Los Angeles!
Bottom line, I drove (with the chair) over an hour to Marianna, where my chair & I were welcomed! (I will post a review on their EXCEPTIONAL service!)
Unless you are dropping off a package to be shipped via UPS, don’t expect any other «service» from this store.
This store is a complete loser in my book!

Michael Helped me design a flyer for my home that turned out excellent! He was extremely quick and helpful! I have returned for every printing job since. Always welcomed with a friendly face by staff. This is my recommendation to all family/​friends needing print work for sure.
