This place says its a drop off location for UPS FED EX AND DHL but they charge 1 dollar to leave the package with them, they don’t even give you a receipt. I dont think this is fair, and i bet if any of those companies would know something would be done. It ridiculous, other drop off lications dont charge and give u a receipt so you could have proof that it was left there. This place SUCKS!

Customer service and accuracy to me is everything in a business/​service.
I’ve came here twice, the first time was to get notarized and it was nice. I like the fact that it is very quiet and the guy serviced me the first time was very helpful.
Ok, here comes the shhh*tty story, the second time i went to print out a copy of my resume because my printer ran out of ink, plus i needed it on nice resume paper anyways. And since i’ve been here before i know how «NOT» busy they are. I’ve already sent my resume to my own email, and also save it on a usb drive just because… So this resume is for a job interview at 11:30. I got there at 9:45 figured how long is it going to take just to print out two pages of something, and still have one extra hour to get to the interview.
So…arrived and told the guy (different one this time) i wanted to print something out and on rough draft paper. The computers weren’t even on, took 5 mins to turn on.
Here’s the WORSE part, there was this girl there for training, so he was showing her how to do this and do that, and after he turned the computers on, he left and try to train her while helping me (supposedly). So i stood there waiting and kinda gave a signal «i really have to go». Then he came back and asked me what do i want to print, blah blah blah, i printed it out, turned around he had left again to show the new girl what to do with whatever. So i kinda got frustrated and politely ask him if he can get it on nice paper as a rough draft. He let me picked out the paper, and then left again you know what for. At this point i am so upset but now what? i cant just leave and go find another place, its too late now. It is now 10:15 im like can you just print out my stuff so i can leave… Bout time i left it was already 10:30.
Now im late if i dont hurry, so i speed to the interview knowing i will possibly get pull over. Sure enough i did. Now i am not blaming him for the reason of my speeding ticket, bacause i chose to speed and i am 100% responsible for this.
Bottom line, if the service was faster, the result wouldn’t have been like this. BUT lesson learn, next time leave extra extra earlier than i already did, and NEVER come back here.
Im gonna go buy me some ink for my printer now matter of fact.
