I’m an owner of over a dozen Nike Air Max. I buy them by the pair. Today I slipped on a new pair that I had worn once maybe twice air max and found that one of my bubbles was popped. At 200 $ a pop on each shoe I was a little pissed. I don’t save all my receipts and I was planning on taking my shoe back for a replacement. I spoke with Alex and he understood. He called the store manager Micht. I explained to him my findings and he looked me up through my rewards card. Dude found my transaction from January and he swapped out the defected shoes. Much love to keep me coming back. And I bought another pair for 160 $ thank u guys for keeping me coming back and spending my hard earn cash here.

Highly recommended location, it is a great store with various sneaker/clothing products, a very welcoming environment, & friendly staff… What more could you ask for?

Never again coming here again! I bought a pack of Nike socks & unfortunately some were ripped. So i returned them and one of the employees told me I couldn’t return them because the packet paper was torn. Well no s**t it’s torn! I opened them to try them on! I claimed to the manager and give me my money back. Don’t buy from here, products here have been on the shelves for weeks, everything is old and torn! Plus, the employees don’t seem to care or help.
