I just had a great experienced yesterday. I went to Game Stop inside Panorama Mall to exchange 2 xbox game cds (which has warrantee) and to buy 1 extra game, Rey helped me out in a timely manner and great service, I have to comeback because the other cd that i would like to exchange has double cd and i just brought only one (and still gave me option if i want 1 cd or comeback so we can exchange both cds.)
All in all went well for a Sunday late afternoon.

I’ve been buying my games and system at this place for years, xbox one, playstation and wiiu. I’ve never had any issue with the anyone there always been treated well but on 12-​12-​2015 I walked in to the game stop in panorama mall and immediately new something wasn’t right. I asked the sales guy (raul SGA) how much can I get for my old iphone 6 and immediately profiled me and stated that I can get more from a swap meet. I told him I’m sure I can, him not knowing that I’ve always done my trade-​in there and also at the plant location in van nuys. He offered me $ 269 and I was pleased with that, I told him I want Store credit not cash. Then he declined because I refused to leave my personal sim card that holds information and is still currently active with my att carrier. He then got on the phone with his store manager (Richard) who refused to talk to me but said no we need to keep your sim. Thru out the whole transaction he kept saying it’s policy that we keep your sim. I looked up game stop policy which does not state that they keep personal and private information. Now I offered (raul) my sim card so that he can do his job and check the IMEI on my device but refused to do so because he wanted to keep my sim card and the time was 8:45pm which I new he wanted me out the store. Now I’m still waiting for this so called policy that states that game stop keeps my sim card but like a chicken with no head was unsuccessful and got back on the phone with his store manager (richard). It’s pretty much 10 mins to closing time and I wasn’t able to get game stop policy after pretty much waiting for 30 mins. Now I have always done my store trade in for my old devices and never felt discriminated like I did at your panorama location. I will never shop at any of your game stop locations anymore, I will never recommend any friends or family or even do any Christmas shopping there. Their management and friendly staff is the reason why I prefer to drive all the way down from Santa Clarita just to shop there. I have three other game stops relatively close to me but it’s the vibe and the atmosphere the staff create with there talkative and altogether welcoming tone. whenever I am near by, I end up stopping by and saying hello, if not also buying something.

Some fat dude who works here is a total a**. Literally, he started questioning my returns, like that’s not your job to ask me all these questions. They should fire him, I also will be calling for the service that fat motherf***** gave me. I paid with debit card and his fat ass didn’t give me an option to give me back cash (I talked to other gamestops and they said he should of offered it to me) The skinny guy who was with him was cool and chill, the fat one was just giving me an attitude with his soon to be bald head of his. He annoys me. Don’t go here if he works there, he kinda looks like a fatter Gabriel Iglesias (when he has a goatee)

This is not the gamestop inside the Panorama Mall, this is the one located where the Mann theaters are. I was just there a couple of hours ago and the service was horrible, I regret not going to the one inside the Panorama mall, because their service is amazing. The moment you walk into this store, there’s this voicemail sort of thing saying like a paragraph to not steal and that we are all under surveillance, then there was about 4 people in line, me being the 3^rd and it took about an hour to get attended. Then they made up so many excuses, I simply was turning in my dead ps3 because they offer 80 bucks store credit yet «that store didnt accept such thing» very disappointing. DONT GO HERE.

Located in the Panorama Mall this small gamestop is a decent store, has good enough space and enough games instock to keep any gamer playing. However the parking is an issue since it is a «mall» and its located right next to the biggest store in the valley (WALMART). Its the first store as you walk into the mall so thats a plus. As for the sales people don’t seem that knowledgeable especially the women. If you want a good review ask one of the gentleman working here.
