I’ve been here afternoon and evening and late-late night and the line always stays constant which means it’s on the street already.(Typical for in n out) Food: ehh. In some cases my food was good and burger was juicy, but in other cases(like when I eat here during the afternoon) my bun is burned and tastes bitter and the patty itself is dry. I don’t normally put onions and lettuce on my burger. I usually only have tomatoes and spread, but even then they barely put any spread at all. Again this is only the afternoon food. Evening food is not so bad. Secret menu stuff: they don’t do roadkill which is a Flying Dutchman on top of animal fries. They do animal style burgers though. But I have yet to ask for other things and see if they do that. I do think it’s weird that they don’t offer roadkill since it’s so simple… I thought every in n out would offer. I guess not.

Long line down the block, and we waited in the same spot for 15 min. I called Shriner service and told him the people were getting upset! And he snickered not really taking me serious. Sorry I’m hungry was being serious. Then it finally moved and they were in such a rush they cut me off mid order. I had to get off my car and order in the window. I told her super polite that they had cut me off and Natalie just looked at me like she wanted to laugh. It’s okay don’t spit in my food and I left it at that… Waited another 10 minutes. Watched as all the cars went by. Worst in-out ever

The worse service I have ever received. I was number 23, I heard number 27 then number 30, so I asked have they called 23, they said no not yet, so I waited again after 45min of waiting they told us your order is ready and to make it worse they gave us the wrong order. So we waited again and again gave us the wrong order. This is unacceptable. NEVERCOMINGHEREAGAIN!

You’re going to wait for a small eternity to get your food but the food will still be delicious. The service is lukewarm. Facilities are clean for a high-traffic burger joint. I’ve been dining at this establishment since I was a tiny human. Today I found grilled onions in my iced tea. I didn’t ask for grilled onions in my iced tea. I am not amused.

Got there 10 minutes after they opened, service was fantastic everyone said hello or asked how I was which was great! Down side my food was cold-_-. My burger tasted weird like if it was made a night ago and my meat was just tasteless don’t get me started on my fries they were cold nothing a microwave couldn’t change. 2 ½ stars for a great service and no stars for the food. My advice go in the afternoon

Want to wait in line or drive thru for over 30 minutes this is the place to come to. Only since the last year and a half this location service is lackluster. Let alone young servers who have a smart ass answers for a question. The food has even been lackluster and I feel the franchise is really losing its appeal. I rather give someone else my cash.

The most consistent burgers I’ve ever had. When I first moved to California I saw these everywhere and just thought it was just another fast food restaurant and it should be avoided at all cost. I was such a anti fast food freak that even the first time I ate it I though«what’s the big deal» then went another year of avoiding this brand. one hungry night after getting some autographs at the inglorious bastards movie primere, me and some friends thought to go just to feed the monsters inside us and OMG I was a sheep. After that night I’ve been hooked.

It always trips me out when mother effers take foreeeeever to order at In-n-out. It’s like this: do you want a hamburger, a cheeseburger or are you really hungry for a double double? You’ve been eating burgers your whole life, you know even before ordering if you like onion or not. Stop getting to the register only to look up at the menu like… uuummm??? Um to what? What don’t you know? Double double, chop raw onion, add pickle. Animal fries & a large lemonade. Your Homegirl, Violy P.S. GTFO out of L.A. if you’re that asshole who says«animal style» is extra everything.

I can’t ever complain about the quality of food at In-n-out. This location is no different. All ingredients are fresh, nothing is ever frozen. They use quality produce and they cut fresh potatoes to make the fries. Double Double is always the best choice possible, and if you like grilled onions, you have to ask for it Animal Style! Same goes for the the French fries, Animal style fries are pure awesomeness… fries topped with cheese, grilled onions and their special sauce. Their milk shakes are fantastic! This is what real shakes are supposed to taste like, not like the ones served at other fast food joints. The only complain is the wait here. You have to be patient, especially during rush hour of lunch and dinner. They have a window that they take orders at, and you get to eat at their benches and tables set up outside, or you have to go to the drive thru.

I work across the street and have only been here twice, first time was fairly quick, second time was reallllly slow(about 25 mins). The worker had wet hands when he handed me my bag.(?) Kinda gross. Secret sauce spilled in my bag and my bag was soggy because of both. Maybe I’m just being a snob, but I tend to have higher expectations when I go to In n out. Food’s good as expected.

The service is pretty good. The hamburgers are always well done and the animal style fries are the best. There’s a big parking lot, but hardly any parking because it’s always packed. This In n out is usually clean.

4 Stars for the awesome food and service. Negative one star for the limited and out-dated seating area. (Renovate this location please!) This In-N-Out location never disappoints, as long as you’re used to the area. I’ve lived here for a while and this location is the most convenient one because I don’t have to drive far. If you’re going to sit down and eat here, lock your doors and don’t try to start any trouble. lol. Located on the main street of Roscoe Blvd, this location was designed to be more of a drive thru rather than the usual sit-down fast food restaurant. Instead of an indoor dining area at this location, you’ll find a dual-lane drive thru and a simple, but limited outdoor seating area. There are signs around the outdoor seating area that say, «no smoking, including electronic cigarettes.» But I was there yesterday and there was this lady smoking a cigarette at one of the tables right next to the restrooms and not one employee kindly asked her to put out her cigarette. About two or three employees passed her because they had to use the restroom but none of them enforced the rule. Let’s try to enforce those rules next time, yeah? Moving on, they work the drive thru pretty quickly here. The two lanes are almost always backed up around lunch rush hour and dinner rush hour but the kitchen is able to dish out food quickly and accurately. Sometimes there’s not enough space in the lot so there are cars that end up waiting on the main street on Roscoe. I try not to wait on the main street because you never know when a car won’t stop and rear end your car! If you’re trying to park at this location, go past the main entrance and go up the exit area on the second driveway. It’s just easier and safer that way. If the drive thru is busy, the best of luck to you when you order your food from the side of the cashier. Sometimes your order might take a little bit longer, but I mean, you’re here for a reason and it’s worth it in the long run. What I usually order: — Cheeseburger or Hamburger Animal Style with Extra Everything. Have you ever ordered a burger from In-N-Out with Extra everything? They’re not kidding when you say extra everything. You get more lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles(if you don’t like any of that stuff, you can always tell them not to put them in your order). Your burger will change into the size of a Double-Double. You just won’t have the extra meat patty. — Diced Peppers in the burger(Gotta love that spice to it!) — Request for the burger to be cut in half(so it’s not to messy when eating it!) — Fries(Animal Style if I’m feeling it or just a regular order of fries and some spread on the side). Win.

The location is in a pretty crappy neighborhood so be on your game. Really this is for those out of town folk that need to try In n Out. Keep in mind i believe they only have locations in California, Nevada and Arizona though I may be wrong. When my friends visit, they demand we go here at least once! Simple straight forward menu that has not changed since the ’50’s; just burgers, fries and shakes. Very reasonably priced and some of the best tasting around. Try it, you’ll be glad you did.

Even though there are two drive-thru lanes, this location always manages to be busy. So busy that the line often overflows onto Roscoe so stay away from the rightmost lane if you’re just passing by. The line that serves the passenger side of the car is usually shorter *hint hint*. There is no indoor dining area so it’s either sit outside in the freezing cold or eat inside your car. I appreciate that they’re always making an effort to speed up the lines. You can’t ever go wrong with In-N-Out.
