I’m diabetic and I just exit off the freeway from work and needed soda or something sweet. Its about midnight sumday And I pull up to the drive thru to order and the. Gentlemen Or should I say JERK, was so ghetto He was talking on the intercom to someone else, and when I said I’m ready to order he said Oh I’m sorry HOLD ON and started giggling and had me wait for a while .Then when he came back on he asked what I wanted I ask for a large coke and before I even completed my order he told me my total and disappeared not even letting me complete my order or asking If that’s all I wanted. I’ll never go there again. What a rude and annoying experience .They need to let that kid go. Trash!!!

Worst Jack In The Box I have ever gone too. First of all, the place is dirty, making it seem very unwelcoming. Second of all, the food isn’t even lukewarm. Who wants cold fries and cold buns? Third of all, all of the younger cashiers and cooks just stand and walk around making it seem like they’re doing something when in fact they’re just wasting time. I had 30 minutes to spend on my brake, and 18 of those minutes I spent waiting for my food. Unacceptable!

So far the WORST Jack-​in-​the-​Box in the San Fernando Valley. 48 degrees outside and they are running the A/​C, homeless guy bathing in the restroom, the location is in a lousy section of town with grossly inadequate and dangerous parking.
AVOID!

do not go to his jack in the box. it is horrible… the service is so bad!
the manager, by the name of mercedes needs to be fired, she is rude to customers and tells people to leave for no apparent reason!!!

Well, yet again this Jack in the Box messed up. This time they stole money from my son. My son gave the lady at Jack in the Box (Evelyn) $ 10 for reg. Oreo Shake and med. fries which made the total $ 5.97. Evelyn gave him $.03 back instead of $ 4.03. Once we left, we noticed that we did not receive the $ 4. Roscoe & Sepulveda was very busy and it was difficult to return or make an illegal u turn so I called. Someone by the name of Rigo said he would close the cashier and see if there is any issues with the money. Of course he said there isn’t. This is ridiculous and stealing. I let him know that this is not right and that Evelyn is most likely stealing. He said they will need to check the cameras and its difficult. The same thing happened to me at CVS and they DID return my correct change. Will NOT use this Jack in the Box again. I have the corporate office and I will call to complain again. We work hard for the money for someone who works at Jack in the Box and steal it.

Manager was nice taking our order. Satisfied my late night craving for fries. The service was a little slow, but it was late and they were restocking all their condiments so I guess it’s understandable :)

I always do midnight drive thru. Always fast and quick. Rare times they forget an item. they give free ranch when requested.

So… My brother and I just had lunch here and it was horrible! We saw a cockroach while eating. Also, there were two people locked in the bathroom doing drugs or something and they had this whole drama with the manager and it was just complete chaos! I felt so bad for the manager. And I’m giving them one extra star just because the manager apologized to everyone.

So I went earlier today I order a grande sausage burrito months before I made a complaint so I got some complaint coupons for a free meal so I get to the window and person in charge was really rude and was like we don’t know take those coupons here you have to go where you got it? I was really so basically am supposed go to the post office and get my meal there wow that was very disappointed! and I end up not getting napkins or any sauce!!!

Nice location to dine in when the bums and base heads aren’t around though.

Last time i ever come to this location. Bad customer service. Got home took a bite out of my burger. Bun was damn near as hard as a rock, my fries too. What a waste of money. Thanks Jack

My earlier review was petulant because of the really unfriendly night (window) guy. This store actually has a wonderfully friendly staff at most hours. It’s also an interesting comparison with the 9018 Woodman Avenue store. I like the CUSTOMERS better at 15 342 Roscoe.
While the clientele is maybe a notch down the economic scale from Woodman Avenue, they seem friendlier. At least I feel more at home. One pleasant fact of life in Panorama City is that when no one is rich, no one puts on airs either. People seem to treat others with more respect, and with a ready smile.
The good news is that (in November 2014) the dining room at Roscoe is now open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They also have ice cubes instead of the ice shreds at Woodman that quickly water down the drinks.
It’s always nice to be able to update a review in a positive way.

ah! the foibles of trying to recreate one’s youth! or at least the delights of the previous night’s date within the comforts of one’s own home!
after our most charming date, the mister and i found ourselves desiring seasoned curly fries. not wanting to go on a potentially fruitless late night quest for them, i suggested jack in the box and the couch, thinking our two pooches might enjoy partaking with us.
no sooner did we place our order at the drive thru then we were at the check out window, paying and being handed a bag.
that was quick, said the mister.
yes, yes it was, i responded, knowing fully well, having already inserted my greedy, grasping fingers in the bag, the reasons for that swift service.
our curly fries were barely room temperature. just the scantiest bit above. they were lank and greasy, reminiscent of hair that has not been washed in weeks and simply lies in oily, limp knotty coils.
and thus, counter to yesterday’s revelation that you can go home again, just the next night we learned that no, indeed you cannot go home again.

This place is decent, but they don’t have mozarella sauce. So don’t order them unless you want dry sticks. The cashier didn’t even tell me until after I bought them that they stop carrying them. I asked for my money back.

I don’t like this location has nothing to do with the restaurant just seems like a very shady part of town to visit during late nights.

Drive thru experience only — The service was friendly, I was created with the smile and the girl at the window genuinely seemed to want to make sure my experience was a good one. I’ve never had this at any other Jack in the Box.

I honestly think the service here is so good that it’s worth me taking time out to discuss. Well I can really only speak about the drive through service… but anywho, the service is expedient and friendly. I am always greeted with a sincere smile at the window and I am always asked if my experience was good… I’ve never had better service. This is definitely the best Jack-​in-​the-​box.
