Its on the side of the valley that I never go to and i’ve been a customer since 2007. The phones got nicer but the quality is shit. And the office here is even worse… if I could give this place a point five for service being bull ish, except for the one girl that was nice, i would. I have to give it at least one star on here. MetroPCS customer service is terrible they have a lack of communication between the corporate office and the insurance companies. They also don’t make their phones they’re just bought directly from the manufacturer according to whomever just picked up their phone at the panorama office with such a self entitled tone. so if you break a small piece of your phone like the back cover or if they never gave u a peice and you now notice it… Not only will they not replace it but there is no where to purchase it. Smh what bullcrap. And my service was never really fixed btw last timei had issues. Parts on the outside should be replaceable don’t expect to be able to buy it at corporate and don’t expect them to be nice when they explain to you either. I am so sick of their lack of service. You get what you pay for. This was the 3^rd time out of 5 issues where people there were straight up assholes. And ive been only kind. Smh Verizon here i come.

This is the worst place ever. They offered me to change my number and that I was going to save more money and still have the same internet speed as I had in my previous plan and it was all bs. They made me waste my time and money.
It has been very inconvenient for me to have to call metro and go back to the store to get my old number back. At the end I got riped off and didn’t got reimbursed they even charged me $ 35 for supposedly activation wich it didn’t make sense because the lines had already been paid for and were active. This is ridiculous and the staff and the manager didn’t even apologize but instead gave me an attitude. This is the worst customers service I’ve ever gotten!

I give this location no stars I go in to pay my bill and wait for over an hour and 20 min there lack of service is a disgrace to everyone in customer service you got the laziest manager I have ever seen in my life and that says a lot you have 7 employees including yourself and all you did was sit on your Ass I already called customer service filed a complaint and waited at your stupid machine that was not working to try for the 10^th time and put my number in finally with the help of the agent on the phone my bill was paid and it only took her 2 minutes out of my 5 minute call 3 of which was complaining about this corporate store from now on I’m sticking to the mom and pop metro a least they know how to help people in a timely fashion unlike this place never again…

This place sucks!!! The employees here need a class in customer service. I came in here yesterday because my phone wouldn’t turn on charge or anything and I had just bought it about here months ago. I knew it is still under warranty so I was expecting to get a new one. First of all the woman helping me was extremely rude she had an attitude the whole time. She told me I would have to wait five business days to get my phone!!! Wait what? I was told to drive to this location because it is where they do warranty’s but this is the BS I’m getting. I then asked for a discount on my bill then if I’m not able to have a phone for five days because their phone is defective why do I need to pay for that, doesn’t make sense to me. She told me I would have to call customer service phone number to ask for a refund??? I was there in the store I don’t get why they couldn’t just do it. So I waited in line for about 30 minutes and then had to call the phone number and wait another 25 minutes. Horrible customer service! Thinking of switching company’s to Verizon or tmobile just so I don’t have to deal with this service anymore.

Horrible service!!! Called in to ask if they had a phone in stock the guy left me waiting for 15 mins and no one answered. Not the only bad experience but the most recent 10 mins ago.

dumbest management and staff in the world! why do you have pnones on display that you don’t sell anymore and tell people to come in and get that phone? your staff has no knowledge of the product that gthey are selling!!! Hello Sprint!!! YOU GUYS SUCK!!!

I switched to sprint long ago but came in today to pay a relatives bill and literally stood in line for 30 minutes. The customer service stinks, they don’t acknowledge the customers as they walk in, they don’t say they’ll be right with you, they don’t seperate the customers according to need because I just wanted to pay a bill and had to sit through hearing plans and wait for phone repair etc. get it together!!!

customer service was soooooo bad… i was there on saturday night 2−8−14. around 7:30 p.m.i walked over to the screen and put my name down to be called… so i waited about 20 mins. no problem.i get called by a little skinny guys with glasses .(who so called helped me).i was not sure if i wanted the samsung galaxy 4g or the mega. he takes the time to explain both. i told him i want to do a payment plan so he walks me over to the computer were u fill out an application which this device was right next to his computer… as im doing this he calls another customer… the customer is telling him that he wants to upgrade 2 to 3 phones in his family plan. all samsung…(so the sales guy figures well this guy is spending more money then the lady let me help him instead!!) he asked me to take a seat and told me that someone else would call me to help me!!! what??? he was helping me. he said «someone else would call me because it was time to go home after helping that customer!!! wooooow!!! i dont blame that sales guy!!! i blame management!!! who is in charge!!! who is training this people??? the manager must be just as bad as the sale person… i guess they dont expect there people to deliver great customer service because maybey the manager does not know what good customer service is!!! it is not in there vocabulary!!! train your people and if there is enough budget in the company train yourself as well (manager)!!! horrible!!!

where do i begin… lets start off with how bad their customer service is. i opted for metro pcs since they had a deal where their smartphones started off at about $ 50 with new service. my boyfriend added me to his plan but after a week of having my phone, my service had been hacked and i was no longer able to use it. my bf went to complain at the store and they said no one else knew his password, only himself and anyone else he gave it to, like if they were hinting at me. he told them anyone could know it including their workers who assigned him the pw themselves. she then told us my service was being used by a galaxy phone which i dont even have. he couldnt change the password unless we paid a 10 $ or so fee. so my bf did it over the phone. my phone was working but a day or so later my phone was not usable because once again my service got hacked. he called and the representative over the phone told him it got hacked by the pay machines outside metro store and that he was going to make his account high security and would require a photo id to make any changes whatsover. two days later my phone got hacked again. we went to the store to complain how could someone hack it when it required an id but the own store manager admitted the phone representative never made that change. we complained and asked for some sort of credit since i had been unable to use my phone for almost two weeks and the rude manager told us he was giving us the benefit of the doubt that it wasnt us doing it ourselves and that we were lucky he wasnt charging us. ridicolous to assume i would steal my own service. if i really had that galaxy phone, why would i prefer a cheaper smartphone for my service? worst customer service ever! if you can afford it, opt for a better company. even walmart’s smarttalk is about the same price, riding from att towers, unlimited everything and you can take your own phone. also they try to charge you for everything. because they recycle their phone numbers very fast, you get a lot of random calls for the previous owner of the number. my dad wanted to switch his phone number because he kept getting multitude of calls that werent for him and they tried charging him 15 $ yet almost every place including prepaid companies do the first change of number for free. negative stars for this place if i could.

Queriamos un plan para el cumpleanos de un amigo razonable y lo encontramos. ellos tratan de solucionar cualquier problema .y son amables. senti que los horarios deben de ser mas flexible pero por lo demas .buen servicio.

Downside: only corporate office in the valley
Upside: the staff was actually very helpful and understanding about device issues and replacing my phone
Overall its a drive to get here but as long as your nice and treat the staff right they help you out.

Horrible service, rude rude rude.
SIM card didn’t work, tried blaming it on pretty much everything else.
Ended up changing the carrier after waiting over 1h to get service and not resolving the problem.
Again, stay away.

This service sucks balls. I purchased an LG LTE about 6 months ago from a Metro PCS store in Van Nuys. After a couple of months, the phone began having problems not charging. Finally it quit charging all together. I took it back to the store I purchased it from but they sent me to another store to get it fixed. That store only wanted to order me another phone and then charge me $ 15 for the shipping. My phone was still under warranty so I decided to sent it back to the LG corporate office. It took about a month to get if before I got it back. It still would not charge so I took in to the corporate office on Van Nuys Blvd. in Panorama City. That store found out I had a bad charging cable so they replaced it. I tried to get credit for the phone time I had already paid for but they said I had to contact LGE, which I did. LGE said I needed to contact the corporate office. I just phoned them and I was told by their manager that they don’t give credit for their service even though I could not use it because my phone was broken. The Metro store I originally purchased my phone is no longer a Metro store. It only handles Virgin mobile and T-​Mobile. So, if you don’t want to throw money down the drain for a service you can’t use. avoid Metro PCS and go with any other service. YOU WILL GET SCREWED if you stay with Metro. I would vote a minus if they had such a category.

the only place to go in the valley if you have Metero PCS, this is a real Metro PCS corporate store, the rest are just «authorized» dealers for them
they are the only ones who know anything when it comes to Metero PCS stores, all the rest are just the authorized dealers who basically sell you after market stuff and take your money, just getting you out the door and out your money. You can see by the sign up front, it’ll say «authorized dealer» which means they’re authorized to sell their stuff. Often, they don’t sell their stuff, but aftermarket cheaper stuff that metro pcs can’t guarantee to work on their phones.
Seriously, do yourself a favor and go to this metero pcs store and you’ll be satisfied far more than any other metero pcs store

I’ve had Metro PCS for about a year. Which is about how long their phones last (that is if you take really, REALLY good care of them). However, this review isn’t for the quality of the phones or the quality of the phone reception or the quality of the accessories. This review is for the Van Nuys store’s customer service.
Holy crap, I’ve never been ousted so fast with so little and confusing information. They’re not clear on what they say, they don’t know what they’re talking about half the time and at the end of it, they just want you out of their hair to get on to the next customer. Honestly, there’s only 1 or 2(and I’m being generous) «professionals» that have a vague grasp on the concept of customer service. Everyone else is too busy playing with their high-​end 4G LTE company phone or wasting time in the back room. I’m pretty sure the security guard could do a better job than half the employees at this store. The worst part is that this is the only Metro PCS company store in the valley, as the rest are in central LA, I believe.
If you want to try Metro PCS, avoid this location AT ALL COSTS.

Stay away from this location! They do not know what they are doing, basic geography and they just love to fight with their customers.
Can someone explain to me that if National Coverage of the US is included in a plan, why I need to ask if that includes Hawai’i? Hawai’i is the 50^th state. It is part of America.
Anyway, when I tried to return the phone after 2 days, they would not accept it because I had restored the phone to factory settings and there was absolutely no way they could check to see that I was under 1 hour of talk time. After politely pleading, this Jersey Shore wannabe decided to be really rude and tell me how this was all my fault (all while stuffing his face with Pollo Loco).
I went to a different location and they gave me the same attitude. I guess that’s the requirement for being hired here.

Atrocious customer service.

And let it be known, the customer service is horrible company-​wide. It’s practically impossible to speak with an actual person.
The phone I bought came with a rebate. I had to mail in the info three times, the third time using registered mail, before they would accept the claim. But then I still needed to send them info that had been included but they said wasn’t.
As of now, I bought my phone 15 weeks ago, and am only now starting the «up to 12 weeks» process of receiving my rebate.
I hate this company so much.

THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH!
I should have never brought a metro pcs in the first place. LETS BE CLEAR. But I tried to save a buck… why did I do this!!!
I feel like I’ve purchased a used car that I just keep putting money into, and this place is THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Edward and Veronica the managers are so lazy and move at 1 mp and the staff… even slower. They all lie and say they’re the supervisor when you ask to speak to someone with more information.
And then when you finally get to the «higher ups» they are just as dumb as the staff.
2 hours for me to get some help… and both times I went I left without any of my questions answered. And basically the notion that, «you are stuck with your dumb ass phone– dumb ass.»
Moving on to Verizon $ 120 a month. But it is worth the freaking service!

Wow. all the poor reviews make me concerned and a little worried that Metro PCS may start to mess around with our bill… But so far so good. Honestly, you get what you pay for in life and that can be good or bad depending on what your needs are.
I was with Verizon for about 5 – 6 years. Was screwed numerous times by them. paid more than I needed to, had random data charges for apps that I never downloaded, and called HUNDREDS of times and majority of the time got rude associates… I really ended my relationship with them badly this last November.
But after swithcing to Metro PCS I am happy again. For several reasons: I pay $ 70 a month for 2 phone lines when I used to pay around this prices for one with Verizon & I get unlimited (!) text and web — while with Verizon I had to pay and extra $ 15 – 20 for web and $ 5 for more texts.
While there are a few setbacks like limited reception in certain places (just look at their map online to see where you won’t get reception and plan ahead), I can’t really say anything else Metro has done to me would make me rate them less than a 4.
It may just be that I am okay with a reception that is not good in say Agua Dulce or in a basement! Other people who get bothered easily by this will not like Metro too much…
Overall, it’s a great value for the price.

The store is nice and the «inside» store customer service is pretty good. So why the 1 star you ask?
Because Metro PCS sucks wino ass. The reception is horrible, try getting ahold of a customer service rep over the phone… forget it, and they nickle and dime you to death. The adds all say unlimited blah blah for only $ 45.00 or something like that, yet when you sign up they tell you that unlimited text is $ 5.00 bucks extra a month, they automatically add the web on your account w/​out telling you. so that’s another $ 5.00 bucks, if you want to pay instore that’ll be another $ 3.00 service fee, plus the standard tax.
You end up paying $ 60-​plus dollars on a $ 45.00 dollar a month contract. WTF? Needless to say I switched after my first and only month. Go ATT Rollover minutes!!!
