Typically I like Panda Express. However this location has something to be desired. Panda has some great options for those of us that like to eat healthy. Green beans and chicken, mushroom chicken, teriyaki chicken without the sauce, steamed veggies and if you must have rice they have brown rice. The food here tasked great, so no complaints here. Service was great as well. Folks really moved the lines quickly so the wait time wasn’t bad at all. Parking wasn’t an issue at the time of my visit but I can certainly see how it can be at a more busier hours. Concern: The place was not clean. Tables and floors were dirty. Bathrooms were dirty, really dirty!

Let me tell you that I been here before but this time I think they burn the chow mein. It was bad, other than that it’s OK. I guess everything is OK except for the chow mein.

Bad service. you wait forever in the drive thru only for them to screw up your order. The food itself is okay, hence the two stars. I took off 3 stars because I think they need to look in to upgrading their customer service.

The worse Panda Express I’ve ever gone to!!! Three times, not once, not twice but three times they sent me home with either the wrong order or missing items. I chose this particular location because the drive thru is super convenient, and my son loves Panda once in a while. Never again that’s for sure.

the place has many people working and empty food line and make you wait more than 5 minutes when your dish is served

That awful nasty and rude manager by the name Luanne was very judgemental and she bashed me because I wanted my food customized with sweet and sour sauce on top of my mandarin chicken, instead of the actually mandarin sauce. Luanne bashed me in front of a series of other customers including the panda staff. She goes to say«Sweet and Sour sauce do not go on top of the mandarin chicken, you have to get the mandarin sauce like you are suppose to because that is the sauce that is for the chicken». I was highly pissed of because how dare she tell me how it is I’m suppose to eat my food let alone spend my money. She instructed the lady fixing my plate not to add the sweet sour sauce, but put it on the side instead and I told the lady No! I want it the way I asked for it not hw Luanna wants it. So the lady did as I asked and Luanna had an attitude and gave me the dirtiest look regarding my preferences. She shouldn’t be allowed to work with the general public.

Normally everything is great, but I just came and they were out of chow mein and mixed vegetables. I asked if they could substitute one scoop of something else in the place of those, and Mary said they’d have to charge me because that’s their policy. And if it is their policy, it’s a stupid policy and they should change it.

This used to be a GREAT restaurant, it’s gone to the dogs. Drive through was fast, went to hand her my card after she told me the total and she let the window fly shut in my face and ran away. She was pleasant enough, but when we opened the bag we found no soy sauce, no chop sticks … I think if you change your policy, you should at least tell the customer, you need to ask for condiments etc. The food was at the right temperature and average portions, they are definitely cutting back, and raised the price for the items so we paid $.75 more than normal, for less. I won’t be back there are plenty more restaurants who value our business, oh and you may be forced to pay $ 15 to your employees by the state of California, but you really should think about senior citizens who are on fixed incomes… how about a discount for 55 and over!

Panda Express is usually good, but this one is a little better because they have a drive thru. The only problem with the drive thru is that or dry sometimes you get food that might be a little old and you don’t see it until you get home. That’s an advantage of going inside and looking before ordering. Otherwise no real complaints.

This particular location makes panda taste way better… I always get fresh stuff at drive through… I don’t mind when they say can you pull over and wait for 5 minutes… that means it’s coming out fresh =)))) The secret is that it shouldn’t be wet at the bottom of the container… with brown sauce or something… and veggies must be and were crunchy & palatable… not mushy & dead…

I am a frequenter at Panda, when i get tired of burgers and pizza and tacos i switch it up and get some chinese food. Know I know its not authentic Chinese food like taco bell is not authentic Mexican food, but that orange chicken keeps me making me come back for more. They have your standard items like chow mein and rice, orange chicken, kung pao, egg rolls and others. I like the fact that Panda does change it up a bit and comes out with different side dishes now and then. Although i dont like all of them some of them are pretty good.

Just went through the drive-thru. I ordered teriyaki chicken. Was told there was 10 – 12 minute wait. I said not a problem. Paid, parked in front, waited, food was brought to my car, drive home and my teriyaki chicken was missing from my plate. Really!!! Tried calling the restaurant. No answer. More than likely not coming to this one ever again.

This is a good Panda Express. There is a drive-thru, but I’m not lazy like that. Also, I like seeing which options appear the most fresh and I order those. You can’t do that if you stay in your car. Anyway they do give decent amounts of food, and most employees are friendly. With the exception of Inna who is stingy and rude. I recently tried the Shanghai Angus Steak and that was amazing, except some pieces of meat were black from how burned they were. My usual favorites are the Walnut Shrimp, Beef Broccoli, and String Bean Chicken.

food was ok. When i got home found missing item, charged for item but not given item, should have found error but what they put in bag and what they charge for were different. Ordered 3 items, but got 2, left veggies out. Just do not like getting overcharged, and i even had to pay tax on item i paid for and did not get, so got taken twice. Been months since i have eaten at Panda Express, will probably be many many more months before i try again.

They just don’t get it. I go here because I work at Galpin. They have messed up my order, more times than I can count. Today I ordered chow mein only, orange chicken, and mushroom chicken, and 2 egg rolls. I received chow mein and rice, mushroom chicken, and some special shrimp side, and no egg rolls. Unfortunately I am allergic to shrimp and couldn’t touch the mushroom chicken because of cross contamination. Since I only have an hour for lunch, I don’t have time to run back. I’ve had these same issues in the past and contacted corporate. They apologized and assured it will never happen again. Well it’s still happening. I am done with this location.

Love this Panda Express because it has a drive through. Sometimes the line gets a bit long and is a little slow. The workers are very nice. It’s very clean and tidy. If you ask for some extra food they will give you some, but only if you go in. The steak and shrimp is yummy! The drive-through gets pretty busy at night, even after 8p.m.

What?! A Drive-thru, PANDAEXPRESS?! No thanks, I usually go inside for a good reason. If I ever get too small of a scoop of food, or if there is more veggies than meat, I ask for more. Not once have I been turned down, everyone is always so nice at Pandas, usually. But I can understand the convenience of a drive-thru. This location used to be a Carl’s Jr years ago. All my food was great tasting. Like always I pair what I get, with Cream Cheese Rangoons, or crack for short. The girl that helped me and my dad was really nice! Thanks!

They have a drive-thru here! Seriously it is so convenient that I don’t mind it being a little out of the way for me. Their food is always really fresh and really good. Every time I’ve come here, they never skimp on the amount they give you. They literally fill the to-go boxes to the top. Love this Panda!
