Worst Customer Service Ever!!!
i was helped by arnol he was very rude then when i asked to speak to a supervisor he told me that was him and there was no one else that i could talk to. very disapointed as i had just switched from another phone company.

Arnol was great. Icame in locked in a contract with sprint and with a phone that simply decided to die out of the blue. I was desperate to switch to another carrier since I was so dissatisfied with sprint, and Arnol made it a breeze. I came already researched and walked out with exactly what i wanted. 2 new iPhones, unlimited everything, (which nowadays is amazingly hard to get) and a comfortable bill each month. He didn’t up sell me at all, and didn’t give me a hard time when I didn’t want the insurance since I would get apple care anyways. This place was packed, yet he gave me his undivided attention, and made sure i left happy. I will definitely recommend this outlet, and this carrier thanks to the great service I received.

Came here 1 month ago because I was switching my service from Verizon to T-​Mobile and was helped by crystal at the kiosk. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep to help me out with my transition to T-​Mobile. She was very helpful and nice, crystal explained everything to me step by step, five stars all the way for her customer service.

My family and I have been coming here since 2005 and for every visit we are always welcomed with a smile and GREAT customer service!!! I just recently went in to get an S5 and Mike was super helpful and attentive throughout the whole process! Cindy is super friendly and helpful as well! Make sure to ask for either one of them on your next visit, you won’t regret it!!! :D
