Ordered online which gave out an ETA for thirty minutes but right before pulling into the lot, they called and asked for a payment to process the order, which took another thirty minutes to actually get the order. Absolutely ridiculous process for a small amount of wings. Would advise to avoid.

Hate that I have to even leave 1 star first off the cashier! kiana is her name she was just extremely rude poppin her gum, rolling her eyes, shrugging at every customers request, even when the phone rang? Second I ordered my food and someone came in right after me order the same exact thing and got his before mine(about 10 minutes after we ordered) so whatever I’m sitting there and about 20 minutes later I finally got my food I dreaded the fact that I wanted to ask for a ranch because I’m sure she would’ve rolled her eyes as she consistently did-_– needless to say the food wasn’t that great due to the service I got, definitely will not be retuning to this location I’ll just stick to the one in pacoima they love all of their customers:)

Worst place to eat in, place dirty, condiments are a mess or they’re out and if you ask for hot sauce because they ran out of ketchup, they will charge you. Employees don’t care to replenish the ice machine. Food is overpriced in terms of quality. Avoid this place at all cost.

. I ordered through the phone for pick up. When I got there, I was second in line. I was eavesdropping on the cashier and customers order total. The guy was $.01¢ short and the cashier said she can’t do anything about it and that he had to take out one item off his order. Didn’t get the cashiers name but she’s a black female. How fucken heartless can you be. the only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 its because my food is good and ready when I’m there with not so good customer service.

This place is ridiculous. The cashier Vanessa charged me $ 1 for extra fry seasoning. Seriously? What place charges for extra seasoning. I’ve been working at Wingstop for over two years and am still currently working there and never do we charge for extra fry seasoning. Then the cashier lied and said it automatically charges in the system. I saw my receipt and it clearly shows she added the extra charge. I know the system. Spoke to the manager and said it free if it’s put on the fries. So I agreed because that’s what I wanted. But my fries were so over seasoned that I couldn’t even eat them. It’s obvious they purposely over seasoned my fries because I complained. Terrible customer service. I’ll be sure to call and make an official corporate complaint.

This wingstop is ridiculous! I placed an order online, waited 15 min for my order to be «ready» and when I came to pick it up the lady up front said there wasn’t an order for me ready. So I waited another 15 min and still nothing. I got up and asked the lady to check if my order was ready and as she was looking through the pile of orders, she finds mine. It was sitting there for who knows how long and she didn’t even give me a discount, no free soda, NOTHING for the inconvenience.

I was CHARGED for food that I did not receive in my Pickup order! I’m really disappointed at the service here I received yesterday. I had called on the phone to place an order for pickup. I had ordered 30 classic wings(lemon pepper, cajun, and garlic parmesan), fries, baked beans, 2 blue cheese, 2 honey mustard and the usual veggie sticks that come with the order. When I arrived to pay and get my food the cashier verbally went down the list of what I ordered and I noticed she didn’t mention the baked beans so I said«I also ordered the baked beans but never mind. The fries are enough.» I noticed they had other customers waiting too so I decided to go to yogurtland next door. Came back in 5 minutes and my order was ready. The lady read out my order and I went along with it. My fault was assuming they would get the order right and not checking the bag right then and there. But I figured that they seemed confident enough to have it right. When I came home I noticed that 1 honey mustard was missing. I received 1 and not 2. I know that it was just 99 cents for that honey mustard but I believe if you pay for something you should receive it! So I decided to call them and I spoke to Kiki the manager and explained what had happened, I said that I was not willing to drive back there just to get it but wanted them to know that I didn’t receive something that I had paid for. The purpose of my calling was to let them know a mistake that they had done and to fix it so it doesn’t happen again. In anything you do, how are you suppose to improve if you aren’t told what to improve on, right? The manager said that next time I came in they’d take note of it and I’d get an extra honey mustard. But in all honesty I don’t think I’d care next time if I do get my wings at that location. So after the phone call I looked at the receipt and saw that they also made another mistake and DIDCHARGE $ 3.89 me for the baked beans! Since the cashier didn’t mention it on the list I said to forget about it and the fries were enough! She didn’t take it off!!! So this location CHARGEDME in total: $ 4.88(basically $ 5!!!) for FOODTHAT I DIDNOTRECEIVE! If you pay for something you should receive it. I clearly was cheated $ 5 at this business. I recommend that customers check their receipts and their food before stepping out!!!

I made the mistake of trusting this Wingstop again after they constantly showed why this is one of the worse Wingstops in the area. I had placed an order online, and once the order was complete I got a confirmation email that said my order would be ready in 20 – 30 minutes. I showed up about 5 minutes before my order was said to be complete. It was a Friday night so the line was out the door. Once I got to the counter I told the cashier I had a pick up order. She asked for my name and said there was no order under my name. She then began shuffling some papers that were left on the counter, and to her surprise, there was my order, which no one had bothered to start. She then said that the wait time for my wings would be 30 – 50 minutes because no one got my order! What?! She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, nor did she ask the cooks to work on my order before the rest. It wasn’t my fault they aren’t organized enough to keep up with online orders. The only reason I waited was because I had already waited 30 minutes and had already paid for my wings online. Even though this location is 5 minutes away from me I would rather make the drive elsewhere.

What a great staff! I brought a group of teens in there to redeem free wings coupons. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. They cheerfully took each order and handed the completed orders back in an equally orderly fashion. They have plenty of chairs and tables for sitting and dining in, and they also have TV if you want to watch the game while you’re munching on your wings. The kids all loved their wings and I loved how easy and pleasant my experience was there. It’s located in a shopping center and parking is free, easy, and plentiful.

Ate here with the girls for lunch today. We used the Unilocal app to order online for pick up. We get to the restaurant on time but order was still being packaged. Decided to eat at the store since we were making great time. The wings were cooked perfectly well done. The fries were nice and crunchy. They got one of our orders wrong but brought out the replacement right away. This is a usual go to for us during lunch. Their lemon pepper is to die for. Parking is not an issue here since they have a large parking lot. We ate everything so quickly I forgot to take pictures. LoL!

This place is horrible! First. NOHANDICAPPARKING! I shouldn’t have to park in the grocery store parking lot. Second. They poured Parmesan cheese all over the top of my wings and did not take the two seconds to mix it. I also enjoyed garlic how ever tasted none on my parmesan garlic wings. I got home and as we are eating our wings a bug crawled out of my smoked bbq wings. This place is NOT going to ever have my business again! !! Although I don’t eat them often I love a good, crispy yet saucy chicken wing(bone in– it’s part of the fun of eating wings). There are no good wing places close to my home so I decided to place a to go order here after doing some grocery shopping on a Saturday night. I’ve eaten at Wingstops before(I almost always get some from the Fresno location when I travel there for work) but not this particular location. Something just wasn’t the same about the quality. The sauces weren’t great and were lacking a bit in the flavor department. My fries although plentiful were soggy. I got a combo meal and wasn’t asked if I wanted the fries or veggie sticks(I would have preferred the veggie sticks but didn’t realize I had a choice until after I ordered). It was all just bleh. I won’t be back. I’m better off making my own.

Don’t get me wrong, I love chicken wings. I like em’ bone in, bone out, super spicy, or super tangy. I’d eat them on a boat, or in a moat. I’d eat a snake, I’d eat a goat. I travel all over the country and I make a point to try the city’s best wings… And this place does not have great wings. I get food here! I do! Because they aren’t bad! I like the BBQ, I like the Teriyaki, the original is weird and so is mostly every other sauce. There’s a weird aftertaste, something unexplainable, like when you swear the milk is bad, but you know it should be fine… ya know? What izzzzz it I dunno! Are they worth the price? Not really. I go because its convenient. So… «Why 3 stars?» You ask. «Why not 2?» Because I like the service. People have been so nice here they all deserve a raise. Parking can get crazy here. Drive safely… Don’t bring a date here…
