RUDESTSTAFFEVER! The employees running the drive thru really need to learn some customer service skills. They have no manners, no «thank you» no smile on their face or anything. The guy taking the orders was very rude and rushed us as if he was annoyed with taking our order, then the girl with the tattoo on her neck taking the payments literally shoved my order at me and slammed her window, then we could clearly see them talking about us behind the window. This manager really needs to do something about the employees at this location. Read the reviews your company has online, I’m not the only one who feels this way.

just thought you might want to know that I just spent 5.39(for 2 chicken legs/mashed potatoes& a biscuit?) for the worst chicken dinner ever(let me take that back — I also tried another location(chicken express) and it was almost as bad) 1st of all I’m sorry I had to wake the guy taking the order. 2nd when I bit into the biscuit I really thought it had broken my tooth it was so hard and cold. 3rd if you want your mashed potatoes(granted they are instant) to be used as glue you have accomplished that goal(it would help if they actually put gravy on them) 4th your chicken wasn’t greasy(that’s a good thing) no flavor but not greasy. I have learned my lesson I will from now on drive out of my way to go to KFC or some place that actually cares what they serve.

This place is the best. I used to know every person that worked in this place back in the day. My friend Kyle still works here to this day, since we were in high school. I think he might work here til he dies, but he makes some damn fine chicken let me tell you. Used to see Dimebag Darrel from Pantera in here all the time. Joey used to give him free food because as he put it «dude you don’t have to pay… you’re in Pantera». A high school lunch hot spot with the Arlington High kids. Get the chicken tenders, okra and jalepeno poppers is my suggestion. That’s what I always get. And don’t forget to get the spicy seasoning that they keep behind the counter that nobody knows about but me and like 3 other people, because it makes the tenders delicious!
