I really enjoyed my experience at this place, Dr. Edwards explained all the details about the eye exam and she is very knowledgeable talented doctor. Staff are friendly and helpful and full of sense of humor. Take the deep eye pictures with Amanda ! they look like the cloud galaxies, I took mine to save as a background on my computer. They will check your nerves behind your eye that other places usually skip. If you need to know where is the I place it is between H and J !

Very disappointed with the optical shop. Customer service is non existent. Went to pick up new glasses today and may as well have been invisible. The optician worked in other later arriving customer ahead of me while I waited, and never once addressed me or even looked at me. Another worker from the front finally came and got my glasses for me. I was then informed of an additional copayment required even though I had paid in full at the time my glasses were ordered. As an update, they did call me three weeks later to explain/apologize. I do like the doctor here, but the optical shop needs help.

My experience at this office was great. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Dr. Cole was awesome! He explained everything about by eyes during my exam and really made me feel like an important patient. He has a great sense of humor and made my experience enjoyable! This was my first time getting an eye exam at this office and I will definitely be returning!

I was fortunate to meet with Dr. Tex Cole, a very personable doctor with a awesome sense of humor. Made me feel like a valued patient and again just a down right nice guy! A pleasant, helpful staff as we’ll not to mention a clean facility. Looking forward to being a patient of Dr. Coles for years to come! I highly recommend this establishment for eye care!

Not sure how this place has managed to stay in business. The optical dept. is a joke. They have no idea on customer service much less the proper way to fit glasses. Gave up after numerous attempts to get them to correct their error. I have 2 pairs of ruined frames and loose lenses. I worked my way up the mgmt. ladder to no avail. I even called my insurance and put in a warning and advised not to pay for services consistently performed in error. They talk inappropriately about the Optometrists and use of equipment. At this point, I’m willing to try the mall.
