Master Tire Shop

STAY AWAY!!! I have had a lot of work done by the body shop located next to Master Tire Shop and since they do not have a tire/​wheel machine they source all tire installs to Master Tire Shop! Ive had 3 sets installed this way. The body shop is great, tire shop sucks! They installed 2 tires this time and managed to scratch my new wheels on the edge! It looks like they did not use any lube or rubber coated tools and as the wheel was spinning it made a long scratch along the edge of the wheels and you can see small chips where the clamps held the wheel down! I took it to my body shop to inquire and they instructed me to take it back next door and have them look at it. I did so. They tried to claim «we installed the driver side not passenger side!» This is complete BS because I had the 2 drivers side wheels sent off to be repainted and they were marked accordingly! Then my guy at the body shop went over to inquire without me and now they say we did the passenger side but it was already scratched! That’s funny 2 different stories from 2 different employees! Whats sad is the body shop brings them thousands of dollars in business and now they know how dishonest and shady Master Tire is! DO NOT go here if you value your wheels! I will be reporting them to every organization I can think of! Along with making sure they do not get my business nor anymore from the bodyshop that more than likely provided half their business!!! STAY AWAY from this shady BS tire shop!!!
Oh I went by the shop around 3:00 pm and all the doors were locked but the garage bay was open so I had to walk around the shop just to find an employee. The hours on the window are irrelevant!

Went there with a flat tire think I’d have to buy a new one. But the gentleman told me that all I needed was a patch job since it was just a puncture. Not only did I get the patch job for $ 10 but he found a second smaller puncture and fixed free of charge! I will return.
