I tried this place on 6÷26÷15 after my usual nail salon failed me. I was pleased overall with my mani/pedi and the efficiency of the staff. They have a nice selection of gel nail colors and weren’t priced too badly. I left off a star because I got my eyebrows waxed and I had to keep giving her instructions on a simple clean arch, also one of the girls moved my purse from a chair to the floor and that is just a pet peeve of mine(I hate for my purse to be on the floor). I plan to go back :-)

I love this place. I’ve been trying to take better care of my fingernails(I’ve been biting them for years, I know it’s SICK) — and I’ve been to quite a few different nail salons over the past few months just to see which I like best. So far, Papillon is at the top of the list. Papillon(which means butterfly) is so relaxing inside. It definitely has more of a spa-like atmosphere than other places I’ve tried. There aren’t TVs all over the place playing ever-depressing and repetitive news stories, and there’s no annoying radio with non-stop loud commercials. Just quiet piano, which I enjoy. You can actually zone out and unwind. There’s a really pretty water fountain wall fixture that makes a soothing sound as well, and warm lighting. Fluorescent lights are the worst… Unflattering and unsettling! No fluorescent lights here, hallelujah. The staff is extremely friendly. Pleasant conversation, but will also let you space out quietly/won’t press small talk if you’re not feeling chatty. They’re really gentle here(some places have really scared me/hurt me with their vicious/careless nail filing), and there’s no lack of communication or skill. Papillon will do exactly what you ask for and then make sure everything looks the way you want. My nails look great! You’ll also be offered a complimentary drink, and they even have a printed/laminated menu of options. Soda, water, white/red/blush wine, or a margarita! I usually choose a coke(my other addiction alongside nail-biting). The best part is that they’ll bring you a frosted plastic glass straight out of the freezer for you to drink from. It just makes the whole experience feel more personal, relaxing, and like a special occasion. I got a manicure complete with hand/arm massage and color for I think $ 12, and another time a full set of brand new acrylic nails for only $ 20. Great prices for excellent quality and service.

I moved to arlington 3 years ago and been searching for a friendly, clean nail salon. Found one!!! Very clean, staff is super friendly, communication is easy and the work is excellent. Now my mom and grandmother drive 45 miles each way to get monthly services as well. Both having medical issues could not get pedis before but due to the tlc of this staff they are now able to enjoy this luxury as well!!!

Excellent facility. Clean. Inviting. Relaxing music. They provide massage chairs for pedicures and off free drinks. The owners are on site and take great care of their customers. A must try if you want a quality service at a fair price.
