I have used this company since 2001.
In 2001, our A/​C went out. With 4 geriatric dogs at home, I panicked, it was 100 degrees outside and I had to get the A/​C fixed, QUICK!!!
Since then, I have had to have repairs in 2007 and 2008. Again, quick service, great and friendly service men.
They have always understood my concerns about the dogs being too hot. They have always gotten to us quickly.
Fast forward to this morning.
Woke up, after a power outage last night to find that the A/​C was not working and it was quickly getting warm in here. I called in for service, she assured me that the would get me take care of this afternoon. It may be 1pm or so, was that going to be ok? I assured her, that as long as they got to us today, we’d be fine. I would take the dogs out if I had to.
10:30am; Mike *(the service guy) was knocking on my door. He remembered me and the dogs when he saw the work order. He remembered that I had special needs dogs and had to have our A/​C. So he bumped me up on his list, hoping he could get us fixed quick.
By 11:15 this morning, the A/​C was up, running and good to go. He checked our charge, looked everything over, replaced the Capacitor and had us ready to cool off!
Mike has made our last 3 service calls, he’s never bothered by the loud and rambunctious BIG dogs that greet him at the door, tails wagging and tongues lolling. He just asks them if they are hot and assures them he’ll get them cool in no time.
What a wonderful company, what a great repair man.
In 10 years, I have never ONCE been disappointed in this company.
If they are more expensive than other companies, I don’t know. I won’t bother to find out, because this type of service and care from a company is priceless.
My pups think so too! As my middle one was bounding through the house, squeaking her squeaky toy after Mike left!
If you need service for your A/​C or heat, I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company and have complete faith in them!
And the dogs say the same thing, because they have always greeted Mike like he was supposed to be here!
