DONOTORDERFROMHERE!!! More then once they have forgotten to give me things that I have ordered! Usually I do delivery but today I did take out. Not only did they forget one of my items but they wanted to charge me a delivery charge to bring it to me! They made the mistake, they should eat the delivery charge! I was already there to pick up my food! Food is ok but customer service is crappy and they often forget to give you part of your order! I’m starting to think they do it intentionally! Do not order from here! It’s just not worth it!!!

RUDERUDERUDE… Will never order again from this restaurant! Not great food… and pretty rude personnel particularly the woman who answers the phone and takes your order.

This is the best local takeout Chinese food restaurant hands down. Are they busy? YES. Do you sometimes have to wait longer than 10 minutes for take out? YES. Is it worth the wait? YES!!! New owners are absolutely awesome. Quality of food improved dramatically from the previous owners. Their chicken and broccoli and barbecue bone in ribs are delicious. Food is always hot, fresh and tasty. Prices are very fair for quality and portions. Portions for platters is enough for dinner and for lunch the next day. Delivery is free and when I am at work locally sometimes I will have delivery but most times I do take out. No more than a 15 minute wait. I frequent here often, 2 thumbs up!!!

Went out on a limb and tried this place because it’s within walking distance. Usually patronize the Hong Garden which is fantastic. China Wok is pretty bland. Smelled good but no flavor or chicken in my Sesame Chicken. Basically fried dough balls. Had a not so good appetizer as well.

We won’t be back! I ordered General Tso’s chicken, beef lo mein, and crabmeat cheese Rangoon. I was told 15 minutes. It wasn’t ready at 15 minutes or even 20 minutes. No, it took over 30 minutes! That’s unacceptable. Now maybe if the food was decent I’d think about giving them a star or more, but the General Tso’s was flavorless(and quite pink inside) and the beef lo mein had only a few pieces of beef. Lame. Really wish Wabi Sabi was still in business!

A(not so) hidden gem in the heart of Paoli. China Wok is exactly what Chinese takeout is supposed to be: good, reasonably priced food that results in a ton of leftovers. I came here on a whim the first time about two months ago and haven’t had a bad experience since. The General Tso’s combo special is my goto dish, but I’ve sampled a few choices on the menu and they’ve all been solid. Even though this is primarily a takeout place, I typically dine in, and the owners are always super nice and accommodating.

Mediocre food. 2 stars. I got Szechuan bean curd and broccoli, which was kinda bland. I tried the General Tso’s chicken which was just ok too. However, I added one star for the potsticker dumplings. Those were handmade and really good with a yummy sauce.

I order the General Tso chicken combo. The chicken is spicy and tender and all white meat. The rice is always terrific and the portion just right. The garlic chicken is Tasty and not too garlicky.

Just had a great dinner delivered to my home. In the pouring rain, it came exactly on time and was delicious and plentiful. The hot and sour soup was especially tasty! We also loved the mu shu chicken. No MSG was a real plus.

New ownership recently. Try their new food. A lot better then before. You can definitely tell the difference. The new owner is a very nice lady as well. My go to is Shrimp with Chinese vegetables in a brown spicy sauce. Clean and real good.

I’ve been a customer here for at least eight years. The proprietress is friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. I used to spend a lot of time picking up when my family was young, but now I have delivery and the food is excellent. I’ve never been disappointed in all the years I’ve been eating there.

I’ve been coming here off and on for about 7 years. I generally don’t get anything fancy. Shrimp and broccoli, garlic chicken, white rice, wonton soup, some combination of that for me. The reason I keep coming back is that those dishes have never let me down. The reason I only come here occasionally is that they’ve never overly wowed me either. When I want it quick and easy, I come here. When I want it special, I go to Margaret Kuo’s. Simple as that.

Cheap food that has zero flavor. Worst Chinese I’ve ever had — including buffets.

TCT.(TCCT) Typical Chinese(cheap) Takeout. greasy, fast, inexpensive — especially for lunch specials — I had Tofu w/Mix. Veg. — light on the sauce which was a smart move. 2 Spring rolls(grease fest) for $ 1.85. Desparate times called for quick lunch. This place looks like it has been here for years — and could use a new menu board(pictures are ancient) and a good cleaning. Take out only — or eat on one of the 2 greasy tables.

Not sure what some of these rave reviews are about… First off, the pricing. I was expecting cheap. I paid about $ 12 for a garlic chicken. Cheap, maybe in Upper West Side Manhattan, or something, but come on… Second, the food. It’s good fast-food Chinese. Nothing more, nothing less. Meh… If you’re in town, and want Chinese, ehh, go for it. Nothing special, though.

I’m a longtime China Wok fan. Always fast, fresh, very affordable… If you are looking for Chinese in a jiffy, give em a call.

I find the food here atrocious. Honestly, I’ve wanted to like this place SO badly because it’s just minutes away from job but everything I’ve tried here has made me want to throw it away. Fried rice blah. Pepper steak bland. Orange Chicken Blech. Sesame Chicken Boo. Chicken Wings Gag. I’ve given up on this place because honestly I’ve spent too much time and effort(read: money) here. I’m done trying to force this relationship, alas, it was never meant to be.
