We have used StayDog for two homes and our office in Kennett Square. Out daughter in West Chester also installed an Invisible Fence with StayDog. The fences are all on the same frequency so we can interchange the collars for the location. Our dogs are happy and have lots of freedom. I highly recommended this product and this company. Debby Rock knows her stuff, loves animals and has always given us excellent service.

We had Stay Dog Invisible Fence come out to our new home to set up the invisible fence system for our puppy, Hank. They were very efficient, always on time for our appointments and did a great job training Hank with the invisible fence system. They offered us a discount because Hank was a rescue and were very reasonably priced for our 0.87 acre yard. We feel extremely comfortable letting Hank outside to stretch his legs, run around and play because we know he is safe in our yard. Thank you!

We have had our Invisible Fence since 2006 and initially, it was somewhat troublesome. We have almost 15 acres on it, so you can imagine all the things that can go wrong. I believe some(thicker headed) dogs are not good candidates for the Invisible Fence, regardless of who installs it, but it’s worked tremendously well for our 2 German Shepherds, with proper training. Over time, the kinks have worked themselves out and with their improved trenching equipment and our acquired knowledge(for example, you should shut off unit if thunderstorm is coming, areas where the wire may become easily exposed, etc…), we haven’t had a problem in years. The competency of the staff does vary somewhat, especially given how hard it is to troubleshoot our large area. For a service call, we know who we request for(Mike). The office staff has been very professional and we certainly would recommend this product and this particular office to any potential customer. However, before investing in this, you should do your homework(talk to people on what kind of dogs do well or don’t do well) and there is some«learning curve» time to get this working optimally on your property.
