I was a patient of his years ago. Nice enough person, but managed to be pretty useless in his DX. I got sent to Bryn Mawr hospital for some invasive test that showed nothing on his report. Within a few years, I had to have a complete hysterectomy.
Not impressed.

I have NEVER in my life been treated so rudely by a physician or his staff. Their transgressions are so many in such a short period it would be hard to list them in such a short space. However I am so disgusted by what happened to me here I will give a sound bite. I am a first time pregnant woman so I had lots of questions. My employer required paperwork to keep my job safe. I was treated so rudely by the nurse that I felt the need to say something. Well this is where all of the troubles began. From that point on the nurses did the following: kept my paperwork (which had a deadline) for five days and then «lost» it. When I got upset about it being lost, they got totally indignant and said basically «oh well, its a mistake». Then the paperwork was finally completed, INCORRECTLY and got denied. When I called the «nurse’s line» on a Friday morning I was told that the nurse who needed to complete the form was out until Monday and I was promised a call back. Monday came and went no call. Paperwork was due Wed because of their failure to complete it the first time we were on a deadline. Tues morning I left ANOTHER message, and guess what, they never returned my call. Wed morning I was scheduled to see the doctor hoping that he could help me. After sitting in the waiting room for ONE HOUR and every other patient was gone they finally saw me. But wait it gets better! DR Krell came in and proceeded to yell at me and lecture me about how great his nurse’s are and that he had no idea what I am talking about. Then proceeded to basically tell me that I maybe should think about going elsewhere. Now I am in my second Tri with no doctor. I can not believe what has occurred. For all of the money that we all spend on healthcare I think that we should expect better treatment than this!!!
