my children were going from the time they were infants, dr. dilloway seemed a bit conservative however very knowledgeable. as the years past with no issues her husband came on to handle the 3rd party billing… enough said he is rude, arrogant and condescending. a few other parents, like myself have chosen to take their children to urgent care facilities for sick visits because the office staff and mr. dilloway are just unbearable to deal with. enough said if you can’t handle managed care and its changes– it may be a good time to retire!!!

We met with Mary A Dilloway, MD of Paoli Pediatrics before our son was born and were impressed with how much time she took to answer our questions. Each visit was the same: from the visit in the hospital to the follow up exams in her office. She spent an extraordinary amount of time answering our many questions(we always brought a list with us). When we had additional questions between visits, the nurse line was available every day. She also gave us some great advice on transitioning our son to the next stages at each visit — one of the reasons he can fall asleep easily at 6 months by just holding a tiny toy that he has grown used to while sleeping. Regular appointments should be made in advance, but they are available on short notice if your child has an emergency.(We had to call on a Saturday at 6am when our son became sick.) Dr. Dilloway still spent a good amount of time with us on the phone, instructing us on what to do. I was very sorry that we had to leave her practice when we moved, so I want to let everyone know what a positive experience we had.
