Purenergy Studio

I tried out Purenergy when I was in town on business and saw they had some awesome aerial classes on their schedule. Purenergy uses ClassPass (which I have) so I signed up and showed up.
When I walked in, it was a bit confusing. Normally new gyms are super excited when new people show up and they’ll give you the tour, tell you where to go, etc. I almost had to pull teeth to get that to happen here. I’ll chalk it up to not the typical people working the front desk.
The locker room was very nice, lockers, showers, bathrooms, even some toiletries if you needed something.
I headed to class — Aerial Fun-​damentals taught by Kristin. She was super welcoming and made me forget all about the front desk experience that I just had. The class was really fun (and I even went back later that week)

My sister has two interests in life — green tea and yoga. So when it came time to plan for her bachelorette party, I knew we weren’t going to be in the club with bottle service. Instead, I wanted to do something that the bride-​to-​be would love, enjoy, and remember forever. I knew that she had never done aerial yoga and I set out to find a place. And I am SO glad I found PurEnergy Studio! The facility was beautiful, clean, had a brand-​new feeling, and reminded me of spa.
Chris (owner and teacher) was a pleasure to work with from our first conversation. She provided clear details about the studio’s private aerial yoga class, responded quickly to follow-​up emails and phone calls, and kept the studio open solely for our party of 9. To top it all off, Chris offered a champagne toast at the end of the class which was so nice and of her!
The bridal party had so much fun during our hour-​long private class. Chris transitioned from pose to pose with such ease. She walked around the room frequently to help each of us feel comfortable as we attempted the same poses. The class provided lots of laughs and it was great to try aerial yoga for the first time surrounded by friends.
If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit PurEnergy many more times.

I’ve been going to Purenergy for the past several months. I started with the 10-​day unlimited pass ($ 59) taking any class I could fit into my schedule for the next 10 days. I experimented with Zumba, Aerial Yoga, and UGI Barefoot Barre but mostly I stuck with various yoga classes. I was hooked.
The yoga is of the Power Vinyasa Flow variety and they will heat the room mildly but nothing too crazy. I have found all the instructors excellent.
As other Unilocalers mentioned, the large yoga room is BEAUTIFUL with a giant buddha setting the intention for the space. Special attention was paid to decorating this whole place and it makes for a pleasant, warm and welcoming environment.
The facilities are top notch. The bathrooms/​locker/​shower-​area looks like something out of a spa with dark wood and soothing green tones.
What is not to LOVE about this place?
I also participated in a 12-​day detox workshop and program (offered seasonally) and have lost some weight and I’m feeling great.
If you are looking for a supportive community with a wonderful setting to pursue your fitness goals, this is the place.

Beautiful space, welcoming staff and nice diversity of classes. I’ve tried several different workouts and each one was a challenging, well structured experience.

Purenergy Studio is awesome! They offer a variety of classes that are all cutting edge, challenging, and extremely effective. All of the instructors are top notch, so you know you are going to get a fantastic workout. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The studio is clean. I especially love the Zone classes. They are like working out with a personal trainer. If you haven’t tried this new facility, you need to! Your first class is always free. But trust me, one class and you’ll be hooked!
