Roll-Off Dumpster Direct

This company has the worst customer service skills and completely lacks any business ethics. I had a dumpster delivered in September 2014, the company picked up the dumpster in January 2015. They have charged my account various amounts 7 times. Yes I said 7 times! I have contacted them on numerous occasions as to why this is happening and I keep being told they will «look into it and call me back», still no returned call. Today (1−29−15) they took another unauthorized $ 200 from my account. I still have no answers or resolutions. I also have yet to receive any bills or statements of any kind. Please be very cautious if you are considering this company they’re cheap at the initial drop off/​quote but not in the long run. I wish I would have (and will in the future) use a more reputable company.
