Best Starbucks I have ever been to!(& I’ve been to many of them in all different states). I frequent this location at least 4 – 5 times a week, as soon as I pull up to the drive-thru I’m usually greeted by my first name followed by «are you having your usual today?» They truly go above and beyond! Robin is the sweetest person and always so friendly! I truly feel like family every morning when I stop for coffee. What a way to get my day started!

So glad they moved down the street away from the train station where it was a nightmare to park let alone get back onto Lancaster Avenue. I fequent this drive through at least 3 days a week and 99% of the time they are quick, kind and drinks are correct. I try to stay away from any business during peak hours but this is my exception to the rule. 2 thumbs up for easy access and convenience.

This location is chronically slow both in the store and in the drive thru. The employees are friendly enough but never apologetic when there is a big backlog. Recently I waited more than ten minutes in the store for my drink. I was waiting with lots of other people(some who gave up waiting in the drive thru and came inside to wait). If I hadn’t just paid close to $ 5 for my green tea frap I would have left! The one customer told me to give feedback via their website and I would receive a response and maybe even a gift card. Well, I did and I never received a response or gift card. What a waste of my time, yet again! Shame on me for wasting my time and $$.

I like this Starbucks a lot! It’s super cute. It has a drive thru. Inside, there are comfy chairs and tons of tables and seats and it’s warm. It’s a really large Starbucks with enough parking. Seriously can’t think of a single thing wrong with this place.

The clover machine is awesome and the reserve blends are very good. I am not a coffee drinker but after some of the tastings of the Cameroon I now like some coffee. Baristas are very nice and patient to help me find the type of coffee I might like.

This Starbucks has a huge workspace/seating area with many electrical outlets available, even in the center of the room. The fact that this location has a Clover machine is a huge plus. The staff is generally very nice, although often unable to answer basic questions about the reserve coffees that they offer in rotation, one employee was even unaware that Starbucks offered a singe origin Guatemala. In light of all of these things, I would still give the place 5 stars, but there is one simply unforgivable issue I have with this location. The bathrooms always smell horrible, every single day. This is not a general«horrible,» they literally smell like feces. For a store that is 8 months old, that is pretty odd.

Incredibly slow. No matter what time of day I am here I am sitting in the drive through for 10 – 15 minutes. And once you are in the drive through lane you can’t leave. So you have no choice but to sit and wait.

This is pretty much as «good as it gets» for a Fourbucks. There is a drive through — but the walk-in service is even better with a spacious dining area — and super clean(brand new) facilities. Excellent service and a full staff during the AM rush. Plenty of parking. Yay!!!

I love the drive thru. The old Starbucks up the street was not drive thru and difficult to park. The staff is sweet. Their faces pop up at the ordering center. And they remember you!

I was so excited that they were moving because that would mean adequate parking and an easier in and out. I didn’t realize that meant that the fabulous staff at the train station location would be gone. I’ve gone in several times and each time the staff has either been rude or messed up an order. Unsweetened black tea is not a difficult drink, but they manage to. I’ll be going to Exton, which is saying a lot because they’re slower than molasses in February.

In general the move away from the train station was a very positive one. Allowing for a great space to sit and relax or work. Ample parking. They now have a drive through and still seem a little«challenged» with that new addition but all in all a great place.

This is the newest Starbucks on the Main Line! It’s the cleanest, has the friendliest, most informative staff, and the layout is perfect for working, studying or doing art!!!

If ever a Starbucks needed a location makeover, the Paoli Starbucks was it. To actually have adequate parking at the Paoli Starbucks fulfilled a desperate need for them. But sitting here, I feel like they didn’t quite get the seating area right. I’ve been in more comfortable Starbucks before. I feel like they missed an opportunity to add more comfort seating, instead they went with harder tables. They could have added more outlets for laptop use, but I don’t see as many. There are a lot of improvements. But they could have done better.

(4) ~ very good overall. Located where the Burger King used to be. And they have a Clover Brewing System too;-)

The benefit of this location is solely parking availability. I don’t like it as much as the old one/some other Starbucks because it doesn’t have that variety of sections to sit. I prefer locations where there is an open section, a more quiet section for studying, etc. This one is all open – it’s an old fast food restaurant and is laid out as such. The set up for ordering can be a bit confusing as it goes right to left. When I was in there, after being stumped myself, about half of the people who walked in after me asked me where the line started(I guess I was looking particularly friendly and knowledgable) Staff was friendly, busy as usual, typical Starbucks with indoor as well as outdoor seating options and a drive through.
